For me, the Foundation's buildings have always been... Ordinary. At least from the outside. In one article where it was impossible to identify people on one site, one of them discovered the Foundation's building. It looked like a typical factory/semi-abandoned building. It was discovered only because so many cars were moving in that it was impossible to fit into the space.

Although Dr. Gears has no emotions, I like to think that some traces of emotion are present on his face.

The red scarf also emphasizes a conservative style. It is a difference, though a minor one; otherwise, it is just as gray.
