Cabby is like an unintentional metaphor for being autistic in a very particular way. Like everyone just fucking hates her for no legitimate reason. The way she exists makes everyone uncomfortable and this is positioned as her fault. Test tube says she's "scaring people" when she's just trying to fit in and doing nothing wrong. She has no one to stand up for her and tell her she's being mistreated so she just accepts it. Her disability aid is treated as Bad And Weird just because no one understands it. She's punished for not following an unstated social rule (treating the game as... yknow A Game and being competitive but oh no she's not supposed to do that, no one told her this but it's still somehow her fault for not knowing).
