yo if alabama has another KKK controversy event, its usually the people who make the choices to attend and participate in said event.
but do you think people from japan will know about the controversy in alabama unless they keep up frequently with american news? insert a middle man with the largest follow base on the internet, with viewers and fans in literally every country in the world, and it would be spread over a multitude of media sites that cover stories on that content creator.
if my handle was associated with such awful, disgusting actions that took place, i too would be shocked and horrified. i dont know anyone who isnt a sociopath who wouldnt feel empathy for what happened. i dont think its right to assume that the content creator hasnt asked themselves those questions, especially when these awful people who want to associate themselves with this content creator are winning against the public. theyve accomplished their goal, theyve spread terrorism. the whole idea of an act of terrorism is to create fear, and having to question your entire career, your life, being enternally attached to an act that heinous, being constantly in fear about every controversal topic that comes up, is a clear result of terrorism.
also, no ones gonna stop egging on negativity just because u say "i dont agree with or condone ur opinions", thats like saying youre gonna get rid of a bully just by telling him that bullying is wrong and you hate bullies. kind of hard to pin the blame on someone who cant make the concious choice for someone else.
