Chris Redfield is a metalhead, and he listens to Metallica, Opeth and Black Sabbath* whenever he needs to take his mind off of everything he’s been through

Also loves Rock and Roll cause of his dad. (Journey, Queen, Bon Jovi and Def Leppard are his top 4)

You can’t sleep after the plate falls on Sector 7... so you sneak outside while everyone is sleeping, to clear your head. Cloud finds you standing among the flowers. It looks like you’re crying? Cloud caresses your cheek and says that everything will be okay. That Shinra will pay for what they did to Sector 7. That you’ll find Aerith and bring her home

You look into his eyes, those gorgeous eyes. And you believe him. That everything will be alright in the end

(Of course, things don’t end well and now I want to cry)

Or

During the events of Advent Children, he caresses your cheek and says one “final good bye” before he runs off for one last fight with Sephiroth

Pre Crisis Core and VII Cloud: Loves flowers

And he will die if you give him some. Don’t fight me on this

Soldier Cloud: He can appreciate flowers but the Soldier Cloud personality won’t let it show. But that soft side of his will show just a bit and will give you flowers if you like them (Giving the flower to Marlene or Tifa after the first reactor mission) After meeting a certain Flower Girl and more of the Real Cloud personality shows, Cloud is a bit more open about liking them. Just a bit ;)

Advent Children Cloud: Sad Boi still likes them but after Aerith’s (ummm eternal slumber) he can’t see them the same way. If you offer him a flower he will accept it but Cloud needs a couple minutes first cause all he can picture is that first fateful meeting with her.*

Some Vincent Valentine Headcanons:

(Square Enix give me that sweet sweet found family and Uncle Vincent)

- Whenever Vincent visits Seventh Heaven in Edge, he always checks on the kids first. He’s grown quite fond of them. They’re not intimidated by his appearance, like the things he says and try to quote him, and they manage to make him laugh and smile.

- Yuffie and Marlene braid his hair sometimes. It makes them happy and he actually quite likes the little intricate braids they make.

- Has absolutely been roped into a game of hide & seek and will read for Denzel and Marlene whenever they ask him.

- Is one of the few people Tifa trusts to watch over the kids and not set Seventh Heaven on fire by accident
