Some writing advice I will never give up:

Your characters are allowed to be bad people. Your story is allowed to have no moral lesson.yyour ending is allowed to be sad. The villain can win. The good person can do something unforgivable. The lovers can destroy each other. You are allowed to write the thing that no one asked for and everything that everyone told you doesn’t work and you are allowed to not explain yourself.

It’s your story. Burn it down if you want to.

I think it's important to remember that every single religion can be twisted for violence and oppression and abuse and control. Yes, including the one that you think can't be. But quickly, before anti-theists start saying that religion is an inherently evil violence accelerant, remember that this is true for any ideology, including anti-theism. Violence and oppression and abuse and control happens wherever there are people who think that those things will help them get what they want.

I’m so tired of seeing other trans men take on the ‘woe is me, I’m a lonely man’ personality that cis men are using to justify their misogyny towards trans women and femmes.

You’d think common sense would have kicked in by now and made these grown ass trans men realize that our experiences being misgendered and perceived as girls/women growing up would HELP in building EMPATHY towards ALL women, especially trans women.

Yet here we are, listening to ‘detrans’ Nazi TERFs and lesbophobic fetishists who claim to be ‘real oppressed trans men’ but are clearly just racist and transmisogynistic assholes from the 4chan sphere.

It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise.
