I invented pizza salad. Salami, toasted pitta, tomatoes, mozzarella, leaves… and a tomato based dressing

Lamb leg stuffed with herbs/garlic/pancetta/pine nut stuffing. Ready to go!

Fava, fried cauliflower, grilled halloumi, a carrot and orange thing, minty oil... Mostly Ottolenghi as ever. And lots of flatbreads etc...

Jamie Oliver chick pea and coconut milk curry. Not bad, but I think it needs reducing more - bit watery. Very tasty though.

Ottolenghi magic once again - aubergine with fried garlic and chilli and an amazing black garlic dressing. Grilled lamb on top with lemon juice and garlic.

Hemsley and Hemsley baked ‘fried’ chicken (almond crust no bread!) and my take on general 'slaw’

Lamb leg stuffed with pine nuts, herbs, anchovies, garlic, herbs; goose fat roasties and a bottle of wine nearly as old as me. Burp.
