Bandeja Paisa 🇨🇴 This typical Colombian dish was an absolute favorite of mine growing up. My mother would proudly order this dish for me, assuring the waiters that "No se preocupe, se lo come todo"/ "Dont worry, she'll eat the whole thing." Finishing the dish was easy because it's so delicious but I also loved how my enthusiasm for this dish, made my mom so proud.
