I’m honestly not a big fan of the whole “git gud” phrase that a lot of people like to use to make excuses for characters like the Orochi and the Centurion. I honestly think that those complaints are legitimate and so are a few others that I won’t delve into right now. But honestly If you think the Peacekeeper is OP, you’ve probably never actually used the character. Are they annoying? Yes, sometimes they can be quite irritating, in multiplayer but certainly not OP. While you have the Orochi who are truly OP, because of they have speed agility and strength, and have little to no disadvantages, and require almost no skill to use, the Peacekeeper actually has weaknesses and is in fact, a perfectly balanced character.
She may be quick and poisonous, ☠️ but she has some major downsides. I can sum all this up with two huge weaknesses that the PK has.
1. Fighting Heroes with an extended reach is tough on the PK.
Heroes who use spears or any kind of long distance weapon are at a huge advantage when it comes to fighting the PK. She is only good at close quarters. 2. Another big disadvantage that makes her a very fair (balanced) character, is her defense, of which she has very little. (Unlike the Orochi, who have a much more balanced defense.) Even one hit from a Warden or Raider, or any other character in the game, takes off a huge chunk of health for the poor PK. And characters such as the Highlander can actually kill her in just TWO solid hits. I’m not making this up, it’s happened to me quite a few times. Yet another example of how the Orochi have such an advantage over other assassins, (and other characters in general) due to the fact that their defense is much stronger than that of the PK, and they are also much more agile.
Also (this is just a small disadvantage, and yes I know it’s one that all assassin characters have, but I figured I’d add it anyway) not being able to hold up your guard permanently makes things a tad more difficult and forces PK users to react quickly. They have to constantly stay on their feet.
To sum the character up, all in all, the PK fighting style is %100 focused on attack and pretty much %0 on defense, which actually makes her one of the most vulnerable characters in the game.
So please, before you complain about a character, make sure you actually weigh the advantages and disadvantages. The PK is not an OP character. I’ve beaten many of them very easily, and I’ve also lost many battles playing as one of them. I I actually lose with the PK more often than with any other character in the game, despite how many long hours I’ve put into training with her. Using the PK and winning, takes a lot of skill and patience. It’s not a walk in the park. I admire gamers who actually take the time to get good, with those little assassins. If you don’t believe me I urge you to try using one in multiplayer. I think you’ll find that they are harder to use than you think.
