Welcome Back Ex-Carbivore
Vacation mode has come to an end and its time to get everything back on track! I honestly feel like I forgot how to eat healthy and I'v only been gone for three weeks. Please help me find my way back!
I think I mentioned a while back that I signed up for CrossFit...well I had my first class on Monday and holy cow was I in for a surprise. I am soo out of shape from not working out for three weeks :(
Currently I'm enrolled in a fundamentals class which runs M-W-F for a whole month before I can actually participate in group classes. Hopefully by the time fundamentals are over I'v built a strong enough base to start the actual classes because right now I feel like I'm not physically fit enough to do these workouts.
Eating wise I'v decided to start up paleo again because cutting out all carbs will be really hard straight off the bat, then in a couple weeks I'll move to keto. On keto I will be carbing up once every 2 weeks to provide my body with the energy it needs for cross fit.
I am finally going to commit and work towards my goal weight instead of hovering over it and bouncing back and forth. Stay tuned for my tasty meals and my thoughts on crossfit :)
