i know folks are gonna call me a pedo for this one, but i grew up seeing my mom and grandma naked. they had health issues and at times needed care and help showering. and i truly think more kids need to be shown the nonsexual reality of naked women at a young age. there is nothing sexual about my grandmothers breasts, they were simply body parts. more women die of heart attacks because people are too afraid of breasts to do real chest compressions, because they are scared to touch their breasts. the sexualization of our bodies literally kills us. i need people to be more normal about naked bodies and i'm 100% serious.

on sunday a pipe burst in the ceiling above my desk (getting sewage water & debris everywhere) and all of my electronics got destroyed, including my computer & tablet. at least $2000 worth of stuff (including my external hard drives with my all my art from the past decade)

thankfully at least my current computer’s hard drive survived. but everything else got wrecked. i’m going to consult an attorney but i don’t know what’s going to happen with my landlords. i do comms fulltime as my only income & i can’t work until i get my computer & tablet replaced

i’m sorry for the delays on comms because of this, will try to keep everybody updated

I think it makes the point quite clearly that as a trans woman, when I'm interacting with places that do facial hair removal, it's to my benefit when they assume I have a hormonal condition rather than a penis.

Norwegian healthcare system covers electrolysis for medically significant unwanted facial hair in women EXCEPT for trans women, btw.

Like they specifically say "this does not apply for persons with a diagnosis of gender incongruence."

Same solution, burn the hairs away with a needle

Different treatment, specifically discriminating on the basis of being trans.

Because one woman's problem is medically defined in terms of the unwanted facial hair, while the other woman's problem is medically defined as "wants to be a woman."
