Hi my name is Van! Here I go by They/It.

🍄‍🟫 This is just a side blog for me to write and enthuse about mushrooms! Of all kinds but mainly psychoactive ones. I hope to both be aesthetic and nerd out, but also document some of my experiences on Shrooms and the lessons they teach.

please help someone suffering from PCOS

im making a new post as the last one had too many updates that it was covering the newer ones.

hi! i was diagnosed with PCOS last year and they found cysts and myoma in my ovaries and uterus. the doctor then recommended that i get regular check ups (every 6 months) to monitor the growth of the cysts and myoma. it has been more than a year since my diagnosis and i am way overdue of a checkup, ultrasound, and blood tests.

i am in desperate need of help as there has been a constant pain in my pelvic region. recently, this pain has worsened and became more regular than usual. i do not get financial support from anyone not even my family. i am surviving through an online job. i have also been looking for a second job for months now but to no avail. so please please help me, i fear that the pain in my pelvic region might be indicative of the cysts or myoma growing and i dont want to have this confirmed when its already too late. thank you for reading through this

Here’s the proof of my diagnosis. This was taken almost two years ago. I should have been getting regular checkups every 6 months. With the way that the symptoms have been getting worse, I would assume that the cysts and myoma have grown in size.

I’m really sorry for bothering people on here but it is so easy to just block me. No need to make an effort writing hateful paragraphs to hurt me and invalidate my pain.

PRIDE MONTH EDITION!!!!!

Some species of fungi have over 20,000 different categorizable sexes. Others have “monoecious reproductive systems”, or both male and female reproductive parts. 

“Male” and “female” are terms given to fungi's roles in sexual reproduction, though they are somewhat misleading as they refer to investment in large gametes (classified as female role) and fertilization (male role) and nothing more. 

All fungi also reproduce asexually (some reproduce both sexually and asexually), using spores, fragmentation, or budding. For example, small bits of hyphae can break off and grow elsewhere. Though spores are still by far the most common method of reproduction in fungi.
