The trench. Our best ally for the transition between seasons. A basic that lives in our closets forever and ever, but this season comes back with a small twist.

En una versión ligera y fluída perfecto para las frescas noches de verano o rígida e impermeable para cubrirnos hasta que el tiempo mejore.

MICHAEL KORS F/W 2017-2018 COLLECTION

At such a delicate time for the U.S., unlike other designers who have taken advantage of New York Fashion Week for self-expression and send political messages, Michael Kors is shown more formal, letting see the American cultural legacy but with a modern twist. The designer brought back the glamorous touch that I personally missed so much on this fashion week. He used the tailoring in camel and gray tones to which he added touches of color but all in a very neutral and sophisticated way. He combined clothes that showed the model’s skin with different types of coats, creating a classic-modern contrast. In words of Kors this collection shows an 'urban luxury' in which it is not necessary to classify the clothes, being able to use it both day and night.

En un momento tan delicado para los Estados Unidos, a diferencia de otros diseñadores que han aprovechado la Semana de la Moda Newyorkina para la autoexpresión y mandar mensajes políticos, Michael Kors se muestra más formal dejando ver el legado cultural estadounidense pero con un twist moderno. El diseñador consiguió traer de vuelta el toque glamuroso que yo personalmente tanto echaba de menos. Usó la sastrería en tonos camel y grises a los que añadió toques de color pero todo de una forma muy neutro y sofisticada. Conjugó prendas que mostraban la piel de las modelos con diferentes tipos de abrigos, creando un contraste clásico y a la vez con un aire de modernidad. En palabras de Kors, esta colección muestra un 'lujo urbano' en el que no es necesario encasillar la ropa pudiendo usarla tanto de dia en la oficina como para salir por la noche.

Today, thermometers have fallen bellow zero in Paris but Musée Rodin was turned into a secret garden where flowers bloomed as if spring had came to the city. Was Maria Grazia Chiuri's first haute couture collection for the french fashion house Dior. A true return of romance where florals were the prominent theme. Models walked along a grass-covered runway like a fairies’ ball. Everything felt like a dream...

Hoy los termómetros cayeron bajo cero en París pero el museo Rodin se convirtió en un jardín secreto donde las flores florecieron como si la primavera hubiera llegado a la ciudad. Fue la primera colección de alta costura de Maria Grazia Chiuri para la casa de moda francesa Dior. Un verdadero retorno del romance donde los florales eran el tema prominente. Las modelos caminaban por la pasarela cubierta de césped como si de un baile de hadas se tratara. Todo parecía un sueño...

Louis Vuitton Cruise Collection 2017

Louis Vuitton traveled yesterday to Rio de Janeiro to present the 2017 Cruise Collection, held in the beautiful setting of the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer.

Filled with models of Nicolas Ghesquière, fashion editors and A-listers as Chiara Ferragni, Alicia Vikander, Catherine Deneuve, Jaden Smith, Zendaya, Doona Bae, Rainie Yang, Alessandra Ambrosio, Isabeli Fontana and Tao Okamoto dressed in signature, of course!

#HMBALMAINATION

The trio of models made by Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Jourdan Dunn are the stars of the campaign Balmain x H&M. They have already come to light the first pictures of the campaign made by Mario Sorrenti.

Olivier Rousteing, creative director of the firm, wants to bring the world the Balmain universe. The collection includes womenswear, menswear and accessories and will be available online and in several selected H&M stores on November 5. Altuzarra ss16 - On Polaroid

The designer Joseph Altuzarra went back to his Basque roots to create his new collection.

The result is a collection in shades of the four elements of nature and the classic Spanish espadrilles converted into stilettos.

Very humble and simple, he enhanced the femenine silhouette with each piece.
