I've said it before and I'll say it again.

You don't get to use your personality as an excuse.

Don't say, "I'm an INTJ and I can't really clue in to emotions around me so I can be rude or cold and that's the way I am."

Don't say "I'm an ENFP and I don't like planning things so I just don't. Ever."

Instead, say "I am an INTJ. Taking notice of how other people feel around me does not come easily, so I need to work on that so I can strengthen my relationships."

Say, "I'm an ENFP and planning stuff is kind of difficult for me, so I can start small and try to get better on it so I don't forget to do important things."

Do not let your flaws remain flaws.
