I think it's called "what red means" or something like that. Pretty sure it has 'red' in the title. It's an a/b/o, with alpha Luffy and omega Law.

Takes place on the Sunny after Law's defeat by Blackbeard. Bepo dragged him there. Law is laid up and healing. He ends up going into heat and he and Luffy get it on.
