Deadpool evil twin theory?

Deadpool gets ripped cleanly in half by Juggernaut. The top half goes home, and the bottom half left behind. At a certain point DP mentions starfish which is when I remembered that if you cut a starfish in half you will get TWO starfish from one. Was that reference random....OR was it foreshadowing? Also I think it would be his evil twin or his id because it's his bottom half with just his dick and the top half has his heart and brain. Oh God....the top half being baby Wade 😫😝
