If I sometimes are critic it's because something is wrong. Not to often I'm I disappointment , I judge through the hole experience and not only what's served on the plate, but for 70€ in Paris I expect more then meaningless combinations with out texture and flavors and no seasonal , is this not the same as natural wines ? Nothing added nothing taken away? If so .. This plates vs the wines are fucking boring and not worth my money I work my ass off, and the concept lack vision and meaning . Food is one thing , the rest around was even worse to mention , thank god there are still some decent restaurants left serving flavorful and elegant combination around a comfortable environment more valued for money and experienced the to aiming for the 50 best or Micheline Guide status!!!
