Hello, you may refer to us as Ven or WanderGrave. We are a DID system that uses they/xe collectively. No question is stupid if asked with respect. Follows from EnderAmethst!
We are The Wandering Graveyard, also known as The Many Gates Multiplex!
Our current host's name is: Drazydayzie or Dray
We have 1500+ alters, and use they/he/xe/god.
We are polyfragmented and multigenic, with many realms, sidesystems, and layers in the Multiplex.
You can find a map to our Multiplex HERE.
Be aware that we have several personality disorders (including Cluster Bs), and may have episodes of worsened symptoms due to them.
Current Clusters Fronting (most to least common):
Dream SMP
Hermitcraft & Life SMP Series'
Youtubers (varies)
Portal & Half-Life
Pressure (Roblox)
Super Mario Bros
The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe
Slimecicle Cinematic Universe
Horror Game Protags
Important Notes for Newbies!
Yes, anon is on!
We have recently adjusted our dni! This includes our stance on paras and MAPs! Please check back to see if our stances conflict with yours. (Fyi, our dni updates every few months, due to yknow. The systemhood 😭)
PLEASE don’t involve us in any syscourse. We do not care anymore. We are pro-nontraumagenic and thats all we'll say. Its far too draining to keep up with that shit.
We prefer asks over DMs, as its less anxiety inducing!
However DMs are open for those who get anxiety sending asks, or if someone wants to ask a question too in-depth for the askbox.
Posts will be tagged with 1 or more alters’ identifiers - either their names, their emojis, or both - so you know who wrote it!
Since we're a polyfragmented system (large systems who split more frequently and in groups), its difficult to make intros for every single alter. We often discover groups of alters together at one time, and log them accordingly. As such, alter intros will be done from personal desire or in groups, sorted by universe/fandom (or if they’re unique to the system, by that).
The body is 23 (soon lol, im probably gonna forget to update this in february so im doing it early)
All littles will use one tag, “Little Tag” for content we have curated for them. Feel free to use it for yourself!
We are very fictive heavy due to comorbidity with adhd/autism and mixed/several PDs, respect our members and their boundaries or be blocked.
We do not mind talking about our symptoms as long as you are respectful. We enjoy educating others, especially on stigmatized mental illnesses, so if you actually want to learn, we’d love to hear your questions. No question is a stupid question if you genuinely want to learn :)
Users who send rude or purposefully harmful asks to us will be blocked without warning.
Do Not Interact:
Homophobes, transphobes, racists, INCLUDING anti-semites, anti-palestine, islamophobes, anti-asian/chinese and anti-native of any country.
Exclusionists of any kind, including anti-endos (/tulpa/willogenic/nontraumagenic), anti-liomogai, & anti-para
Why does no one talk abt how weird it is to be a year older (or younger) than the body? Like no that was last year dude. Its weirdly self-infantalizing almost, saying youre younger by one year.
Here is a quick guide to our Multiplex. I'm not convinced anyone but us will actually refer to this, but I think its fun to show how insanely huge our system truly is, plus its helpful to have a chart of some kind that we can easily edit if the need arises :]
CW: unreality and references to potentially psychosis–triggering topics.

CW : description of trauma. nothing in depth at all, but still be wary!!
wondering if an origin term exists for systems that were created , sort of like being programmed? but unintentionally. Like, the abuser didn’t know about DID/OSDD or that what they’re doing would result in a system but they were doing it in order to make the victim feel like the abuse wasn’t happening to them and was happening to someone else they were forced to play as. That’s the best way i can describe it.. like being forced to be multiple people in a roleplay kind of way.
i don’t believe it’s RAMCOA or any form of ritual abuse, since that abuse is specifically designed to be A. ritualistic and organized, and B. is intentionally made to create alters and systems, even if the terms aren’t known to the abusers. This abuse wasn’t either of those things /info
Afaik: mind control, not ritual abuse is the one that intentionally creates alters; mind control, ritual abuse, and organized abuse usually happen together and affect each other, but CAN be done spearately. Here is my source (its a summary source but has its own sources) if that explains my thinking better: https://ramcoa-oea-resources.carrd.co/#ramcoa-oea
i’ve read through the source and still. none of that seems to apply to my situation. it wasn’t done with the intent of making me do tasks or creating a system that benefits the abuser or anything like that. it was done just to make it easier for my abuser to abuse me without it actually being me, if that makes sense. they made me pretend to be someone else so that they could abuse the character i played rather than actually abusing ME, even though, yknow, that’s not how that works.
i coined a term since i couldn’t find anything like this but i do appreciate the info on OEA! ^^ /g

Tips for baby systems (forbidden/evil/weirdly specific edition):
You are allowed to, and in fact should, "romanticise" plurality as much as you desire.
Wallowing in your trauma is one of the worst ways to deal with having it. Stay away from online DID spaces oriented towards "trauma recovery"-- these spaces tend to be the most toxic, and ironically "anti-recovery", DID-oriented spaces on the internet.
You can cuddle with your sysmate using a pillow (or a stuffed animal, if you're not a coward). Imagine the pillow is that sysmate. You're welcome.
Some plurals want to become more plural. There's nothing wrong with this desire.
Let your child sysmates swear.
Unless they insist otherwise/you know they wouldn't like it, consider not calling your sysmates "parts" for a little while and see how you and your sysmates feel. Person-based language is great for a lot of systems. Don't knock it until you try it.
If you don't have a headspace, learn to lucid dream with your sysmates. It won't fulfill all the purposes of a headspace, but it is a very fun bonding activity.
If you can hear your sysmates as voices, and you ever doubt you're plural, mentally scream something really stupid-- e.g. "WHAT'S 9 PLUS 10??". You may hear a distant "You know that '21' joke died 10 years ago, right?" Boom. You're plural. Confidence restored.
If you hear your sysmates as voices in your head, it is possible you will never be able to meditate in the traditional way. You can, however, have one sysmate guide you through one, and have them talk so much that there's not enough RAM in your brain to be distracted by the ADHD I know you have.
Leave every single plural-oriented Discord server you are in, and do not join any others. Additionally, delete your Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram accounts, and never reinstate them.
If you are a kid, do not tell your peers that you are plural, unless you are thick-skinned. Especially do not tell your family members until you are no longer dependent on them.
If you're having trouble getting one of your sysmates to pilot, there is a ~45% chance that they will only learn to do so in reaction to the silliest, dumbest, most random event on earth.
Don't say "I'm 100 rats in a trenchcoat." Say "My name is Legion, for we are many" and refuse to elaborate. Plural jokes are funniest when you play them with a totally straight face.
Your system name doesn't have to carry 14 layers of deep personal meaning. Assuming you picked something not totally goofy, it will gain meaning to you over time.
I mean this with utmost kindness, but please stop making posts like "is it possible / valid if my system does [X]?" Yes. Case closed.
Being posted to a cringe subreddit is a rite of passage. Be proud.
Most of the people around you are never going to clock you as plural. Even if you're the world's most overt, obvious system, 80% of people will just think you're weird. This is a good thing. Embrace other peoples' "weirdness censor" and unmask a little.
The words "quoigenic" and "praesigenic" (a.k.a. "my system origin is none of your business") are your friends. Use these as your public system origin for at least a year after realising you're plural.
In your public bio, no-one needs to know about whether you're officially diagnosed with a dissociative disorder or not, and the people who you want to be around do not care.
Plurality is crazy shit. Accept that you are "crazy" by societal standards, and that there is nothing wrong with being crazy. Be cringe. Be weird. Be mad. Be a freak. Be unpalatable. Cause chaos. It's awesome.
Date your sysmates. Kiss your sysmates. Fuck your sysmates. The world is your oyster.
No matter what, do not forget to love your sysmates.
Hello! I'm Ardyn, and I decided to make this guide because after talking to many systems, I've come to realize that moving from a near medianhood to a full multiplicity may encourage better function for certain systems. For us any identity blurriness brings a lot of pain that has been aided by further separation and amnesiac barriers. Before you put an awful judgement on this, remember that healing is different for everyone, and breaking down barriers isn't best for everyone. This is up to the system, there is no guilt on wanting to do what is best for your system.
RADQUEERS DONT TOUCH
This guide will hold many different exercises and ideas that have been taken from tulpamancy and my own experiences.
first I'd say get situated with identity grounding and also following the "The Body is a Car" exercise within these sources
Identity Grounding
Guide to Switching
Building up Distinction
Separate Journals/Diaries
A seperate journal or diary that nobody can write in but that headmate is a good way to help a headmate build up their identity. They will be able to write down their own experiences and their own feelings, and this seperate space gives reinforces the idea that they are ultimately apart from you.
Separate Accounts with a Separate Feed
Something that pushed for the blur was having similar feeds, seeing my interest would push me to the front and cause issues for Vincent. He ended up making his own account on reddit where he is able to join subreddits that appeal to solely his interest, and it would help keep him at front instead of pull someone else.
Distinct Hobbies
encourage your headmates to pick up hobbies that are not something you may be interested in, hobbies give way to individuality as now they may seek others who share that hobby or spaces online that appeals to that hobby.
Different Clothing and Ownership
Assign different clothing and other items to headmates, let them pick out their own jacket and may they be the only ones to wear that jacket. Let them have their own perfume, let them have their own bag, let them have their own keychain for the car keys. This won't just give you that barrier, but also can be used as a form of identity grounding during a blur. When in blur, you will be able to tell whose fronting based on what clothing makes you feel more yourself.
Different Friends
This option may be more difficult, but it works very efficiently. Let your headmates have their own friend, I mean it. Giving them someone outside the system that they themselves can solely talk to is absolutely perfect in giving that split. Interacting and communication outside the body and encouraging unmasking will do wonders.
Drop Part Language
If you really want to encourage separation, you will have to drop the idea that you are all pieces of another. This is however a preference, speak to your headmates about it. Speak to them about terms they may prefer, maybe customized role names, let them be themselves. Push to yourself too that these are different people, not parts of you. But like I said, if parts language isn't an issue for you, then you might not have to change after all :P but I recommend it for this all to work.
Identity Separating Exercises
Now as you have pushed the formation of these headmates, now it's your goal to start separating them more and more through these exercises
Remember: Fake it until you make it
Being consistent in these exercises will be great, but you also have to make sure you believe that they are working. Plurality is very much a brain game, you have power over yourself and the more you believe these separations the more they will be. Some of these exercises are purely for pushing the belief, I recommend having a collection of proof on your plurality to refer to whenever you get doubtful.
I also recommend joining a tulpamancy community such as a discord or reddit, even if you don't practice tulpamancy, these people have so much trust in themselves and the process that it starts to rub off on you.
Separation Meditation
If you are able to visualize and even after doing all the above you still feel like your headmate hasn't fully left you, this exercise may be useful. In this meditation, you are to visualize the headmate in front of you. Then repeat "___ is a separate person from me" repeatedly for however long you like once a day.
Discussions
Speak to your headmates, ask questions about their lives
Here is a good source on that
Preface It’s often difficult to find things to talk to your tulpa about, especially when you’re just starting to work on vocality, or your t
The best route to take is to discuss opinions and specifically focus on what you disagree on, this will reinforce in your mind that this person is not you, this person does not agree with you, this person has their own opinion. Focus on those ideas until they really settle, and maybe also record these disagreements in your proof collection.
Affirmations
If you are a bit too busy for these things, constant affirmation throughout the day are both simple and helpful. Here is a good list
"__ is a seperate person from me"
"the system has entirely different and seperate people"
"___ is real and a seperate person"
"the system is noticeably distinct"
at first it may feel silly, but like I said, fake it until you make it. These will reinforce ideas.
Building Up Amnesiac Barriers
This may be more controversial, but for us these barriers help a ton. I would like to say that we already had blackout amnesia to begin with, but these exercises made them "worse". There are many reasons why a system may want to have higher amnesiac barriers, ours being privacy and independence, try to avoid judgement on this decision. The Switching Guide above also has an exercise that will push lost time.
"Cancel Recall"
When a memory from another headmate tries to seep into your thought process, immediately cover that memory and say to yourself "This memory isn't mine to remember". Perhaps visualize a door closing on it or a lock appearing on that memory. Mentally assign that memory to the correct headmate and move on
Affirmation
Affirmations that may help these barriers can be used situationally, just whenever you try and remember a time another headmate fronted think "No, I don't remember"
Headspace Tools
If you have a headspace, try using creation. Imagine cutting memory ties off with everyone else that can only temporarily be connected when agreed upon by both parties. Maybe also set up a headspace memory lock system.
Using Remnants left behind
When I say this I mean use something such as text messages a headmate left behind and when scrolling through them, focus and think "This wasn't me, I don't remember typing this".
Memory Redirection
Most times it's harder to push a memory away than just redirect it. When redirecting memory, for example you start to remember something another headmate did in meatspace, recite "that wasn't me, what did I do during this time" and attempt to recall your time within the headspace instead.
FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT, REMEMBER THAT
what do you guys think? any changes we should make? we would love to hear how this guide impacted your system!
This doesn't extend just to people with actual diagnosable npd. If we followed the logic that abusing people with (inserts a disorder I don't like) is morally acceptable and expected of you, it would also mean that we could "diagnose" anyone we didn't like with the (disorder I don't like) so we could feel morally justified in abusing them.
An acquaintance of mine a while ago armchair diagnosed me with npd (years before I learned I had it myself) and was quick to start using those wikiHow "tips" on "how to abuse a narcissist" which would truthfully be distressing to pretty much anyone.
You don't even have to have npd in order for these people to find it justifiable to cause harm to you, all you have to do is be unlikeable to them and they'll find a reason
Hey if you're seeing this and think it's justified to abuse someone because of a personality disorder, mental illness, or neurodivergence please block me and jog on.
Hi this might be a weird question but. How do you know if there are Other People in Your Head? Cuz. My partner who is in a system has been walking me thru symptoms of DID bc. They think I might have DID or smth similar bc of some Symptoms I've Exhibited. But I've never noticed anyone else in my head. (Tho. I am a Notably Different Person rn but I still have memories?? Like I'm missing some but I remember things! I'm just. Suddenly a Different Guy)
(Sorry this is probably stupid u don't have to answer this)
It's not a stupid question at all, anon. Figuring out such things can be difficult even under the best of circumstances, so I'm happy to help.
First things first, having DID doesn't always present as "Other People in Your Head". Sometimes, it can be closer to what you describe, where you're just Suddenly a Different Guy on occasion. Depending on where you live, this experience might fall under OSDD-1 and not DID, but for simplicity's sake, let's just call it DID.
DID is different from person to person. Some folks have very separate and distinct people in their head. Other folks feel more like one entity who becomes different people over time, or as one person who has several facets to them, each with their own unique identity. Still others are somewhere in-between. This middle options sounds a lot like what you describe; within the plural community, you'd probably find the most similarities with median systems, who experience less separation between selves and often describe switches* as more like "becoming someone else" rather than "someone else takes over". They may not actively perceive other selves as Other People in Their Head, but still showcase multiple identities (which correspond with different selves) at different points in time, and may or may not experience memory issues.
* a "switch" is what it's called when whoever is in control of the body changes
Speaking of, memory issues can vary in DID, too. Sometimes you may not remember anything that happened while a different person/guy/self was in control, other times you may remember bits and pieces, still other times you may remember everything but feel disconnected from it, and sometimes you may even have no problems recalling memories at all. Median systems often report fewer or less severe memory issues, although this is not an inherent rule of being median.
There's also the possibility that perceiving the (potential) Other People in Your Head is just a skill you haven't unlocked yet, and right now you're only able to notice when your current identity is different in some way to how it was previously. That's common among those who have DID. In that case, working on communication can help. But it's also okay if you're never able to perceive anyone else in your head. Whether you are or are not a system is not dependent on mastering every trick in the book – especially as you'd be hard-pressed to find a system who finds all of them useful!
I'd recommend looking into median systems and seeing if any of that is relatable to you. You may also wish to look into OSDD-1, but again, depending on where you live, this may not be a separate diagnosis from DID, and not all those with OSDD-1 are or are like median systems. There's no foolproof way to determine if you're a system, but I'd say that's your best bet if you want to find systems who can understand and relate to what you're experiencing.
I hope this helps, and I wish you and your partner luck in figuring things out, anon!

A term in which a member aggravates psychosis. They may aggravate certain/specific symptoms, multiple symptoms, or all symptoms. This may be actively by choice, or just a 'side effect' of the member. It may overlap with Delusion Aggravator, Hallucination Aggravator, Schizophrenia Aggravator, and similar terms, but doesn't have to.
They do not necessarily take joy from aggravating the symptoms, and may even be heavily distressed by them, however if they do enjoy the symptoms they may also be Symptom/Psychosis Enjoyer.
