I am once again thinking about how every time Weiss has used the Nevermore Summon so far has had something to do with Ruby and two out of three of those also seem to frame Weiss and Ruby's angel, and how that relates to Weiss being there to catch Ruby - something Ruby has unquestioning faith in, see the Volume 6 finale, just as Weiss has unquestioning faith in Ruby. And also how both of those relate to Weiss in the last few episodes of Volume 9 being the first to realize Ruby's not okay, the first to identify why Ruby kept everything inside, the one emulating Ruby's leadership style and doing the exact things Ruby asked why she always had to be the one to do, and the one to get the "the rest is up to Ruby... whatever happens next, we have to welcome that" speech
