Shit happens, you pick yourself up
I've realized that events may seem catastrophic in the moment or for time after it. However, this is so small, this a speck of our already short stay here. And the only we get hung up on the stupid things that occur along the way the more time is wasted, wasted without learning or growth. The faster I can learn to pick myself again and deal with the situation the more I can make out of my studies here in Spain, emotionally, physically, academically and in experience. It may have been a huge gap of coherent thinking and it may have been one of the lamest things I've done, ever. But it's not the end of the world. In fact it just might be what it takes to force me out of my comfort zone. To meet people on my own and not through the little group that I had settled into. This is a new page and it's time to step forward.
