Tried my hand on Curry today. With rice, of course.

Didn't quite managed perfection on the first try. Added a bit too much water to the Curry. But even with it being watery, the spices make more than up for it. It actually has a good kick to it.

And the meat got really tender from boiling in it. Almost just disolves in my mouth.

Overall really good! ^^
