RECIPE: tomato pizza!!
these shits are like ~9 calories per slice!!!
and they taste AMAZING. and iâm not just saying that! my mom (who doesnât have an ED mind you) said they were delicious as well.
what youâll need:
1 roma tomato (10)
2tbsp parmesan cheese (43)
about a tsp of dried basil (0)
about a tsp of garlic salt (0)
about a tsp of oregano (0)
salt & pepper (i forgot to do this so itâs definitely optional) (0)
the original recipe i used says to use olive oil but i donât see any reason to. they wonât stick to anything since the tomatoes are so juicy.
i used parchment paper for easy cleanup!
directions:
preheat oven at 450°F. alice roma tomatoes into 6 thick slices. place on parchment paper covered pan. sprinkle parmesan cheese onto each tomato (i had a tbsp of parmesan cheese per 3 tomatoes). season to taste. bake for 14 minutes. EAT!
they donât stick at all but they are very juicy and soft which is why they look so deflated! but they are SO good! i made 6 slices and had 5 for only 44 calories!!
YâallâŠ
I havenât seen any recognition for these yet so Iâm gonna make a post but
banana
pancakes
First, theyâre super easy to make
Second, for about 8 small pancakes itâs only 230 calories
I made them and only ate half of them and was super full!!
Literally all you need is a banana and two eggs
They taste like French toast which is a bonus if you love French toast like me đ„ș
Whenever im fasting, i found something new i like to do. I make chicken noodle soup, add pepper, and drain out the noodles and chicken. Now you have some yummy broth to hold off cravings.
I made chocolate squares and cut them in portions of a a regular Hersheyâs square :/ (138 squares)
-1 cup of organic cocoa powder (380) (or unsweetened cocoa is less calories) (190)
-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (30)
-1 cup of Splenda
Each saquare is 2.9-3.2 calories đ« or 1.5
17 calorie AMAZING strawberry ice-cream!
okay guys so I was super craving something cold and sweet and tried this out and this tasted SO GOOD. If you want it a bit more creamy add more of the milk of your choice, but this proportion is my fave so far!
(This recipe makes 2 servings, but I could only eat one itâs so filling - I had it for lunch)
đ 6 medium frozen strawberries (24 cal)
đ 40 ml of your milk of choice (Alpro coconut almond - 10 cal)
đ 0 cal sweetener (stevia)
đ Lots of ice!
So place all your ingredients in a blender, blend until all the ice has broken down and enjoy! If its runny pop into the freezer for 10 mins and it should firm up to more ice-cream-like consistency đ
UPDATE instead of strawberries I added 1/3 of a banana slightly more cals but omg so good and creamier
This is my favourite recipe, itâs so worth it! Give it a go guys <3
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon sweetener 1 tablespoon water
How to: Mix the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Put it in the microwave for 60 seconds and enjoy! Itâs nice and fluffy and warm and I just love it. You can add cinnamon, lemon, cocoa powder, really whatever you want. Itâll probably add a few calories though.
Really comforting and safe, I felt a lot better after eating it (I was having a panic attack and was about to binge).
I was going to submit this to @star-ana-low-cal-recipes but it kept failing so whoops here ya go.
DISCLAIMER:: I am not a pro ana blog, I fully support recovery. Iâm just trying to make myself food to eat without feeling panicky afterwards and having the potential to hurt myself out of guilt. I know a lot of other people go through the same, so I wanted to share and help them.
Don't like exercise? Suck in your stomach a lot during the day, it's helped a lot.
Not pro anything!!!
Add some more easy and simple exercisesâŹâŹ
âšspicy waterâš
So i seen a post and they called it vegetable broth (the orignal user is deactivated but you can still find it in some threads). Really just a bunch of 0 cal spices in water.
Honestly one of my new favorite things because i can have it during a fast and even strain the herbs and spices out and put it in a thermos to drink.
Really add whatever you think would taste best just make sure the spices and such dont have any calories.
I added:
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Vegetable seasoning
Ground ginger
(Dried)
Thyme
Oregano
Chives
Red pepper
Add hot/warm water and thats it.
Stay safeđ
