I don't know, maybe this opinion makes me a bitch, but.
I genuinely think that if you get upset at the idea of people making horny art/straight up porn based on something you created and posted to the internet, you should just not post it to the internet at large.
Once you post something to the internet for every random denizen of the web to potentially see, you lose the ability to control how people react to it. People will make things based on your work that you will not like. They will say horribly mean things about the thing you created. This is just something you will have to accept about the world because it is in human nature to do these things.
No one should send creators NSFW material. I believe, in general, that people should not send NSFW to random strangers period. Random strangers should also not send their terrible comments directly to creators either. But these things will still exist somewhere and if the very idea of them existing somewhere bothers you that much, just don't post to the internet in general. Keep it to friend groups on discord or where ever you hang out. Keeping the audience small and private is the only way you will get to control how people react to your work.
