For those curious, it's from a manga called "Oni to Tengoku" by Oyoshikawa Kyouko. Aoki is the older man who looks so Done With The World, while his cheeky younger co-worker is Tengoku. Both characters started off as emotionally unintelligent in their own ways (lol), but look at them now!
