I'm a bit shy to say this, but you are really pretty. :) You look like Roxanne from A Goofy Movie :3 hehe!

Keeping up the workouts and prep while I can over winter break.
I love my followers. Thank you for all the motivation and support. Much love homies. ❤️👍
I know there's no way to spot reduce, but I have naturally muscular thighs but they have a little chub on them and I can't seem to get rid of it for the life of me. Suggestions? I already do 4 days cardio and 3 days lifting plus usually healthy eating
Try interval training. I love it. It's quick, easy and make me feel like I have the best leg muscles 😂😂😂
How to work off the flab on my belly
Exercise and proper nutrition. You can't spot reduce. ❤️
I always over eat. Always. Please help
Water. Portion control. Do things to be active. Eat when your hungry and try to stop thinking about food all the time. I know I've struggled with this a lot. I feel your pain ❤️
essage me! When you first started losing weight and would feel or get hungry but it wasn’t time for a meal, what would you eat to crave that hunger?
Eat when your hungry. Don't over eat or over portion. And drink lots of water! Green tea helped me too.
What changes did you make when you started your new lifestyle? What worked best for you; exercises and food? Great job by the way!!:) You Are Gorgeous!
I noticed increased energy, positive mood and better sleep at first! It's all about finding out what works for yourself. I still trying to figure out what's best for me! Good luck ❤️❤️❤️
Your before & after pic is so inspiring. Thank you so much xx Keep on keepin' on girl!
Thanks! 😘😘😘
I am just starting to lift myself and I don't know where to start, any ideas??
I would start with high reps and lower weight to practice form and I recommend coming up with a plan of action before you get to the gym. What muscle groups you're going to work, how long, ect. It's so rewarding in the end. If you have any other questions just let me know!
You are really an inspiration! I hope I can one day achieve the same results as you. I've struggled with my weight for quote sometime now but hopefully one day I won't atruggle anymore. Thanks for your blog!
Thank you! That means a lot. You can achieve your goals. I believe in you 😊
I take a free class at my local gym called bodypump! I love it because I can lift and squat and do all sorts of push up, pull up, lunge-y type things that I wouldn't normally feel comfortable doing. And I run!
That's so awesome! Sounds like it's worth your time. Doing an unassisted pull up is my dream... 😳
GROCERY STORE TIP
Make a list, time limit and have a budget. Walk the outside of the store. Avoiding those bad for you treats will be ten times easier 👍
SMOOTHIE TIME
A quick simple smoothie I love to make is a banana, Greek yogurt and a few berries of my choice. Fast, easy and low cal. 👌
The last month I took a huge break from a nutritional diet and the gym. I was tired and bored and exhausted. For the past 2 years I have busted my butt and missed opportunities and passed up countless of delicious foods 😳, just to achieve this on my own. I've fallen, made some stupid choices, and taken more than just 2 steps back at times but I'm here today and I'm ready to exceed expectations. #lift #love
in your opinion what would be a good workout to do 4-5 times a week to lose around 10 lbs by september
Lift to lose
