If you have accounts like Facebook and Google +/Gmail, or any app that requires permissions to read & write your surface settings, then this is why it happens. Your default settings for location and other permissions (mic and camera) are enabled for constant read-write.

What does this mean?

You can toggle your permissions for these apps for conditions like Never or While Using App. Keep in mind that if you have apps opened up in the background of your phone, then you're technically using them. Make sure to close them out completely when you don't want to use them.

But why?

When you have your location permissions enabled for apps, this data is collected and used for targeted marketing. Google is the biggest offender.

Yeah this is borderline Stalinism. I remember my father telling me being chastised by the party and their loyalists for not encouraging socialism enough in his family. Because He didn't sent my siblings to become youth pioneers and he did refuse to serve in the NVA. They've made him into a "construction soldier" or "Bausoldat", if you don't know they had to build everything by hand, no power tools no nothing, because it was penal service.

I see similar things coming for the future, but less militaristic and more socially ostracizing because of they want, they can taint your name forever by the push of a button.

So much research will have to be redone because the data was absolutely compromised, off by orders of magnitude, by using standard lab gloves.

The world is probably not horrifically contaminated by microplastics. Sterile laboratories, however, are contaminated by latex and nitrile gloves.

My oldest is autistic and speech delayed. He used to have the WORST meltdowns. Kicking, screaming, hurting himself and anyone or anything nearby. I would need to lock him in his room to keep him from destroying things and worry that he would need to be institutionalized when he got older. When we got him into speech therapy, a lot of it went away. When he learned to say “I’m upset because [insert upsetting thing here]” 75% of the tantrums stopped. When he had words to say how he felt and why, everything wasn’t a disaster anymore.
