i feel like lifes got so many choices this month,, so many curveballs and crossroads.. its weird but.. it also feels like?? like the universe is nudging me somewhere,, things are chaotic but i have the resilience to rock with it,, maybe this is what acceptance feels like.. the path to being ok,, i still have questions.. so ff .. so ffucking many questions,, but ill never get the answers and i think thats ok,, i have to keep looking forward,, its my wriggling day in a week!! thatll be cool!! were closer to autumn its almost spooky season.. theres never been more reasons to push through,, i dont know what tomorrow will be like but i hope it has a warm smile!! i like thursdays my favorite memes are in there,, whatever happens ill be happy if its peaceful.. dammek can have a little peace.. as a treat

It is OK to want or need something from someone else.

I have a choice to ask someone for what I want or need.

I can stand it if I don’t get what I want or need.

The fact that someone says no to my request doesn’t mean I should not have asked in the first place.

If l didn’t get my objectives, that doesn’t meant I didn’t go about it in a skillful way.

Standing up for myself over “small” things can be just as important as “big” things are to others.

I can insist upon my rights and still be a good person.

I sometimes have a right to assert myself, even though I may inconvenience others.

The fact that other people might not be assertive doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t be.

I can understand and validate another person, and still ask for what I want.

There is no law that says other people’s opinions are more valid than mine.

I may want to please people I care about, but I don’t have to please them all the time.

Giving, giving, giving is not the be-all of life. I am an important person in this world, too.

If refuse to do a favor for people, that doesn’t mean I don’t like them. They will probably understand that, too.

I am under no obligation to say yes to people simply because they ask a favor of me.

The fact that I say no to someone does not make me a selfish person.

If I say no to people and they get angry, that does not mean that I should have said yes.

Do you have any tips for telling Fallow and Skia deer apart? I find it easy to tell the difference with their antlers but I struggle when they don’t have any

Here's a quick guide to body differences:

European fallow deer (Dama dama)

Chital (Axis axis)

Note that fallow deer coloration varies greatly, especially in European fallows since melanism and leucism are far more common for them than other species. In winter, their coats have less noticeable spotting or no spotting at all, while chital have bright white spots year-round. (Fallows can sometimes have dorsal stripes as well, but they're not as stark as chital's.)

The most prominent differences are in the face:

Fallow deer might have light brown or hazel eyes, while chital almost always have dark brown eyes.
