Lying to myself already.
I admit, precisely nobody is trying to make Rabbi Feinstein OBMās psak on dishwashers happen. This meme is more about how, when I mention that Rabbi Feinstein ruled that one dishwasher could be used for milk and meat dishes,Ā the person Iām talking to is astonished and tells me that never happened. Itās as if they think Iām making up a nonexistent leniency so I can treyf up my kitchen. (Note: I follow my rabbiās psak and treat the dishwasher the way Orthodox Jews do.)
Why is Shabbos the only day I canāt manage to eat an extra meal when Iām not even hungry?
Confession: Iām not that into cholent. But I know Iām in the minority on that, so here we are.
Obviously this has never happened to anyone in the history of Passover. But if Hashem could bring the Jews out of Mitzrayim, He can make this happen. THIS IS THE YEAR, I CAN FEEL IT.
āAnd do I have to say Birkat Hamazon afterward?ā
SERIOUSLY.
Iām not vegetarian because I love animals. Iām vegetarian because I love not being in debtorsā prison.
Living for the day Amazon acquires Eichlerās.
Iām not saying I deleted my FB account because my rabbi friended me. Iām just saying I donāt have an FB account anymore.
Letās get something straight: There are so many great melodies to which we can singĀ āLecha Dodi.ā So why do some chazzanim pick the most basic, forgettable ones? It makes me feel like telling the kallah to come back when weāve got a decent tune.Ā
Oh, to be Dutch or German.Ā
If you know any guys like this, please email [email protected] to make a shidduch. (Successful shadchan will be paid a handsome fee.)
If you struggle with this, Iām sorry but we cannot be friends. Only tzadikim need apply for a slot in my social circle.Ā Ā
Real talk: Iād rather have fruit than oatmeal raisin cookies. Just, no.
I legit keep the fridge light taped all week, just to avoid a catastrophe like this.Ā
I mean, IĀ would never get to shul after Barekhu. But SOME PEOPLE are like that. Not that Iām judging them for their lack ofĀ yirat elohim...
