The government.. it made a portal and ofc after all my tourture, me and other expendables are sent through tho from the governments side apparently most died in space. It seems all of us were sent to different places and fortunately or unfortunately I fell into a place called Eridian though the atmosphere was filled with a toxic ammonia I couldn’t breath and quite frankly it felt sickeningly scorching. It was unlike any of my other deaths it was excrushiatingly slow… or so I thought, I mean I thought I died… but it turns out some rock like life form SAVED? me I don’t know for sure what there saying but I seem to be in some sort of glass? bubble… how did they know I breathed o2!? That was my first thought well that was before I met him.. he was human like me but how!? I mean I’m an expendable if there was a place like this all along I should have seen it already.. better question how will my government handle this! How will I get bac- no in these situations you don’t come back I know this- but before I could think on this more a human ill soon get to know as grace talked to these lifeforms and I couldn’t quite make out what they were saying as my body was quite damaged from the fall onto this planet and the scorching ammonia this pile of rock produced before being pulled back under. When I woke I was on a bed? And a completely different human that had strong ptsd lines carved into his face was standing at the door. I could see the look of uncertainty in his eyes how couldn’t I my own eyes reflected the same uncertainty as him, after the many deaths I’ve experienced I didn’t truly believe what I saw when I saw a person, let alone one so different from the bright blond from earlier. The hard faced man had only one arm which I come to see better when he moves into the room he asked me point blank “who are you” no introduction from himself just a cold calculated question, “Mickey” I rasp out unsure if I actually said something intelligible as a name or just said it in my head though from the mans nod I assume it was intelligible enough for him to understand but as I thought that he states “how did you get hear Mikey” “mickey” I quickly responded correcting my name to him coughing afterwards proving my struggle of speech “mickey how did you get hear” “portal” that’s all I could say “where are you from” “earth obviously” the stone faced man furrowed his brow before turning to leave the room “wait..” He pauses “Can i get some water?” The man nods and walks out, seconds later I hear talking coming from the hallway before briefly pausing and I hear three sets of foot steps go there different ways one being the man from before bringing water, the others I had no clue. I drank the water as the man watched creepily before stating his name was “Simon” then abruptly leaving once more, this time I had no needs just rest though I didn’t want to, I passed back out after hydrating.
