apparently, this is in response to a wisconsin man who frequented the shop being arrested after wisconsin jackboots noticed his frequent trips to a legal state

Thanks to Flock Cameras, “Drove Across State Lines” Is Now Justification for Police to Search Your Car

Police in Wisconsin searched a man's car for cannabis because Flock cameras told them he often traveled to Michigan, where weed is legal.
