Google says red light wavelength is 620 nm to 750 nm and that blue light wavelenth is 380 nm to 500 nm.

We shall be generous and take the value that need the smallest blueshift (620 nm and 500 nm).

Using the equations for relativistic longitudinal doppler effect, we get the relative velocity of -63,556,116 meters per second. The negative sign means that you and the rose are moving towards each other at that speed. That's 21% the speed of light.

I'm assuming the rose weighs only 10 grams. If you don't like that assumption, too bad. Calculating the kinetic energy that would have (I'm using the relativistic equations just to be safe, but I'm pretty sure newtonian kinetic energy would still be decently accurate at these speeds) we get just under 20 TeraJoules.

That's almost a small nuke.
