Life with PTSD, ASD, Disordered Eating and HC-DID

As a lot of people are aware, there’s been movement by different RAMCOA organisations and a lot of people in the community has been affected. I’m writing down what’s going on with me because it isn’t known I have this account from my knowledge.

I went to the sexual assault police drop-in a few days ago after I was reprogged at the beginning of July and I was assaulted on the 31st. I have to go back tomorrow or on Monday because I’ve had it happen again, they need to take forensics off of my body and do aftercare.

It’s scary. A lot of this is affecting my mood and my cognition, I’m stressed while feeling severely retraumatised. I had to call a mental health hotline last night as well. Everything is so hard right now and there is so much going on in a general sense.

Guess whose Atypical Anorexia is back because I started taking education that completely took away my appetite so in turn, all I think think about is how much I’m eating and the weight that’s coming off of me.

I saw the psychiatrist, he wants to work closely with me with an in house psychologist because he’s very concerned about my safety due to my PTSD and my trauma with RAMCOA. I’m not surprised and he’s checking the waiting list for therapy under the NHS.

The instagram community makes me want to throw myself off a fucking pier 💀

Accusing random people of grooming which by definition is “the practice of preparing or training someone for a particular purpose or activity” and this is usually for sexual abuse of some kind but in general, it is exploitation of a minor or a vulnerable person yet, the community is going around and accusing random people of grooming and child abuse?? It’s insane, it’s similar to everyone calling me a conspiracy theorist because I’m a RAMCOA survivor discovered by a Pottergate associate and the specific type is known as Monarch Progging. Unfortunately, it’s a sect that’s been mixed with a bunch of conspiracy theory about it being a mind control project or some shit for fuck sake (don’t use hypnosis kids) so I kind of understand but this?????

Grooming is serious, stop misusing it.

I never expected the label I coined from my therapy notes to be so popular on the web. I keep looking up the HCDID hashtag and being like holy shit? 😭 I don’t know what I’ll use this account for but like I’ll come up with an idea
