ah yeah, thanks to @firecoloredwater for the idea to tie in the Uchiha Blue headcanon (comic here) which is why Izuna found an inn where their nemaki is dyed an incredibly familiar shade of blue....

Izuna admits this doesn't really count as betrothal (inn's nemaki != true Uchiha blue), but he absolutely still considers it a major win to have Tobirama wear a very similar blue... Tobirama has many many reasons to be blushing.

Saw a redraw of a scene from the manga veil, leading me to the og panel, and I just couldn't resist. The original panel is an extra that you can find in the seventh volume, at lest from what I saw (it sounds like a fun read, I might look into this manga in more detail later)

To be fair, I think we often forget how much Madara and Hashirama bully each other (and, yes, we mustn't forget that Hashirama is also a bully, not just Madara, if anything, he is worse than Madara)

I can't help but also think this kind of behaviour turns on Hashirama, but who am I to say that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I like thinking about positive sharingan activation experiences. Someone tells you they love you for the first time. Marriage proposals. Having your first child. A war ends and suddenly there’s a sea of red eyes glowing with relief…

Or kind of dumb things, too. You’re at a concert with you buddy and you look over and they’re sobbing blood from their new Sharingan because they’re having such a life changing experience. You take shrooms for the first time and when you come down everyone is like “yo is that Mangekyo?? wtf did you SEE?”
