i'll be mildly inconvenienced in a situation, not give a fuck, and still break out into a.. hives(?) rashes(?). a redness that spreads over my hands and face that burns and itches and dries me out.

there was a time recently when i was on fire for months straight, hands scarred, before finding out that the moisturizer i had was giving me chemical burns that prevented the skin from healing.

was so used to the burning that i couldn't tell i was being actually burned by a new treatment.

i can be as mentally strong as i want, and i am, but my body will still react.

anxiety disorders don't play around. not a whole lot you can do but just.. live regardless. it's going to affect people no matter what, but you still gotta live. you owe it to yourself to experience and to do the things you're scared of.
