he is whiter then snow. this man is pure 100% american redneck in everything but the politics. this is intimidating if you dont know him because he owns like 3 different guns but also has animated discussions about “how his sister should be able to get married” when you bring up lgbt rights. his sister isnt even gay or trans or anything, he just thinks that LGBT rights also means that the lady should propose when she wants to. hes a little confused but he got the spirit. upon finding out that i am queer he said, word for word “THATS FUCKING RADICAL HOMIE” 

in the first week of school he snorted a line of pepper in the cafeteria and threw up.

the only other crime hes committed before was accidently dropping a weight from his balcony and cracking the sidewalk. which is technically destruction of public property but the judge basically laughed at him and have him 10 hours of community service

I need help

So,, turns out i have moderate to severe arthritis in my back and it’s going to continue to get worse.

I’ve been out of work due to being unable to walk let alone stand and bend for eight-ten hours for the better part of two weeks and bills have left me in the negatives in my bank account. I really don’t know how much I’ll be able to work until I get a less physically intensive job and I can’t even afford the over the counter medicine my dr wants me to try.

I have been in a lawsuit against my abusive estranged mother for almost two years. It's finally coming to a close and I can try to put her in my past, where she belongs. Everything that's gone on so far has been able to happen without my being there, but I have to appear in person for the Final Judgement. I can't afford this on my own, so I'm asking for help.

 My father passed away in 2001. I found out in 2018 when a structured settlement advisor called me out of the blue that it was due to malpractice, and that I had had and annuity issued to me from the lawsuit my mother and maternal grandmother brought against the anaesthesiologist. I was supposed to have been given access when I turned 18 in 2014. This annuity had grown to be over 500k by 2018 which was also the last year money was put into it.  There was also an additional sum given by the government since my father was in the Navy and a veteran of the Gulf War. This totalled to over 700k. 

The funds were in a joint bank account in both my and my mother's names. I vaguely remember setting up an account when I was about 15 or 16, but throughout the years enduring my mother's abuse I learned to just do what she asked as quickly and quietly as possible without asking any questions. I will save examples of her abuse from this page, but a child abuse case against her was opened by Child Protective Services at one point. Upon finding out about my annuity, I told my mother to give me access to the account. She sent me 40,000 and claimed that the rest was in Certificate of Deposits. But when she refused to give me any details or proof, I sent her a letter demanding access to the funds. She told me that she had lost it all in an "investment gone wrong".  I hired a lawyer. 

She has changed up her story several times and provided a document showing what she spent the money on - it totalled to a little over 150k meaning the rest had disappeared somehow. By her own admission, she only used 150k for my benefit (most of which is not true, but we're not trying to prove that at this point). She claimed that I wanted to give out money in gifts to her and to other family members. Now that she knows her house is at risk and as the case is drawing to a close she has switched up her story again. She claims that I wanted her to make the trip from Pembroke Pines, FL to Clermont, FL in order to be closer to my college in Collegedale, TN and that it was my "desire" to receive more familial visits. I have taken statements from people who knew me when I attended Southern that this is the very last thing I would have wanted. Without providing any bank statements as proof, she also claims that I used the annuity to fund parties, which is another blatant lie. I left home twice to escape her abuse and I funded my living expenses with my jobs.

I am looking to get this case resolved and over with. She has been an evil person my entire existence and this case just shows the depths she's willing to sink to just to strike against me. It will be incredibly difficult facing her for the first time since 2016 but I am glad to finally be getting this over with.
