Sheep sheltering at a bus stop on a rainy day in Ireland.
salmon so tasty it make me eat hasty / when salmon is finished the joy is diminished
My guilty pleasure right now is watching luxury hotel reviews and I found this british guy who keeps accidentally clipping into the backrooms.
He's unintentionally making the best liminal horror content on youtube
where the fuck is he ???
a raven father (i call him "pants") I've been feeding sometimes likes to sit outside my window and either wait for more food or just listen to the stuff I'm watching while I draw. Today's a colder day so he likes to fluff up a bit, and I kid you not :
this is an accurate representation of my view
Pants sure is pantsing today
Frog.
Frog, but now in motion.

This is what Rasputin would've wanted.
I feel like I'm being seduced like one of those fancy rainforest birds
is it working
Yes
If only there were some sort of facility where teenagers could be taught new skills.
Anyway, here's a helpful diagram. When I was hit on the temple this was one of the harder things I had to reteach myself. Don't be shamed into not asking questions, and it's alright if it takes you a while to figure it out. Don't let someone make you feel bad for learning new things, or relearning old ones.
Sometimes, unfortunately, you have to teach yourself. YouTube is a valid option.
yeah okay ill reblog that :]
hey y'all, I really really fucking hate to make this post but I'll be honest, it's really dire. we're three months late on rent, the wife has a great job she just landed but no bank account so she can't get paid right now. I have been really fucking sick, it's getting worse if I'm being honest with myself, so I haven't been able to get a source of income going. we're hopefully at most a week away from getting the paycheck situation sorted but until then if anyone could shoot a couple of disabled trans queers down on their luck even just a couple of bucks, that would really help take some of the stress off

we're being evicted. we're too far in the hole to dig out
current situation, we'll be in a hotel until we can get out to a new place in a new state. we'll both be unemployed and uninsured again until we can find work in our new location. this is still going to be so fuckin hard but we've got a plan and thank you all so much for helping us get this far
There are many benefits of being a marine biologist. I'm not sure running into this is one of them.
That's the marine biologist don't be rude

Diversity win! These fish are shambling

STROKE: Remember The 1st Three Letters⊠S.T..R ⊠My friend sent this to me and encouraged me to post it and spread the word. I agree. If everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks. STROKE IDENTIFICATION: During a party, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. (they offered to call ambulance) They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingridâs husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the party . Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some donât die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this⊠STROKE IDENTIFICATION: A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a strokeâŠtotally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough. RECOGNIZING A STROKE Remember the â3â steps, STR . Read and Learn! Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke. Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions : S * Ask the individual to SMILE .. T * = TALK. Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (eg âIt is sunny out todayâ). R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS . If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher. NOTE : Another âsignâ of a stroke is 1. Ask the person to âstickâ out their tongue. 2. If the tongue is âcrookedâ, if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke. A prominent cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved. And it could be your own.
First reblog post that actually saves a life.
This is a life-saving post.
the more you know
yeah donât think that this canât happen to you or someone you know if theyâre young. my cousinâs wife is 33 and she had a stroke last year
Iâve had a stroke. It happens to people, and the more you know about this kind of stuff, the better.Because it could be important to know.
LIVE SAVING. WOOOAHH. REBLOG REBLOG REBLOG REBLOGÂ REBLOGÂ

My mother died after being paralyzed by a stroke. Please read this^
[ooc] So irl Iâm a lifeguard and we learn how to deal with strokes. This is a great method. The one we learn is called F.A.S.T. It stand for face, arms, speech, and time
Face- Ask them to smile. If one side droops down they might have a stroke
Arms- Ask them to close their eyes and raise both arms. If one side droops down they might have a stroke
Speech- Ask them to say a simple sentence. My go to is âToday is Tuesday and tomorrow is Wednesdayâ. If their speech comes out slurred then they might have a stroke
Time- If they have two or more of the previous letters then they most likely have a stroke, write the time the conditions started on their forehead and call EMS. Writing the time is so that the paramedics know how much time has elapsed since the stroke
Been ages since i last drew on paperđ
Calligraphy brush pen and the random cheap watercolour i found in a shelf goes surprisingly well ngl

reblog to grab your mutuals with tongs like this
some people think writers are so eloquent and good with words, but the reality is that we can sit there with our fingers on the keyboard going, âwhatâs the word for non-sunlight lighting? Like, fake lighting?â and for ten minutes, all our brain will supply is âunofficialâ, and we know thatâs not the right word, but itâs the only word we can come up withâŠuntil finally itâs like our face got smashed into a brick wall and we remember the word we want is âartificialâ.
I couldn't remember the word "doorknob" ten minutes ago.
ok but the onelook thesaurus will save your life, i literally could not live without this website
