I have to assume at this point that el will fake her death and then mike's weird little eleventh sense will flare up and he'll just be like. okay guys I'm going to this undisclosed location halfway across the world to get my girl back. see you never maybe. no yeah I know we had a funeral but my gut is telling me to head into the amazon rainforest so I'm just gonna go walk around there without a map. either my spidey sense will find her OR she'll get pissed off enough at me for being reckless and just come out of hiding to glare at me. it's fine!

mike wheeler wearing glases is such a fun concept 4 me cause he's got this black square glasses he hates but he's still gotta wear em so he doesn't get headaches and also el likes them but he kinda forgets abt em so he's getting them dirty w his fingers constantly and he moves his head and drops them and also gets more fingerprints in the process of trying to catch them omg i love him

It really annoys me that people want to deny the fact that Mike was the most important part of Els life and he that he understands her the most. I’ve seen people say that it isn’t realistic for El to have chosen Mike to talk to in the void, that she would’ve rather talked with Hopper, Max or Will. I’m not denying that these people were important to her, but El said herself that Mike understands her the most and that makes a lot of sense because El and Mike have been dating for like 3 years at that point. In season 3 Lucas and Will were complaining that Mike was constantly hanging out with El, Mike was the first person who she really got to know after she escaped the lab and he took care of her. So it makes 100% sense that she choice to talk to Mike in the void.
