One of the reasons Swan adopts a more militant look isn’t just because he’s a loyal knight to the omegatimeline.
It’s also because Swans identity forms at a time in his early adult years. Dream just learnt about creationism but came out of it feeling a little disconnected- so swan at the moment is exploring the Host cult.
The host god and angels tend to see Dream in general as a little solider boy. They like making him reactant a lot of military based fannon stories or survivalist aus- apocalypse stories-
When you are apart of the host cult you need to give something to entertainment, there’s different ways to do it like fresh works as guidance for fannon stories- you can volunteer to be an actor of sorts, a little play thing available for asks or fun scenarios with angels.
So he just Rps as a general a lot I guess? Maybe acting is a better way to put it
It’s also why swan is much more moderny and humanish than the host. In a similar way to how horror really likes irl music and human culture- Swan is also more connected with meta concepts,,
I don’t know If swans actually looked at human culture but he’d have the capacity to definitely. I think he’d like similar music to Horror. He’d probably like Trip Hop as a genre,,,But I could see him liking some of the stuff horror likes- like Post-hardcore… ough sorry now I’m being lame

Dream is probably the strongest worshipper. Not only is he polytheistic which gives him advantage in battle he’s also kinda fucking crazy. He already kicks fresh’s ass every Tuesday and I’d say enc and fresh are pretty equally strong. Also swan- just gotta factor him in as I think he has the motivation to keep going during battle even if you have to play dirty.
But would Dream kill Atrophy? Atrophy’s a heightened worshipper afterall. Mmmmmnnmmnm
No probably not I think he’d give up- even if he didn’t know he was his brother Dream could recognize the god Atrophy worships and probably back off because that’s his own main one. He’d have to figure out what Atrophy means to the Atomized before trying to kill him- and when he does find out he’d be very much denied the chance to kill him.

Dust chooses to name himself dust because he thinks it’s awesome- he will probably still reply to the name sans though. Horror learns his name when he first becomes a host cultist.
That’s a thing with worship, for the host, creation, the atomized- breaking reality is like a fundamental to being initiated. For host worshipers it’s learning the true name of your timeline/au. Horror just took on that name because “sans” is pretty far away from himself as an identity

I think he’s interesting because he is really ok with what’s happening to him. Killer meeting Horror is very close to how Horror met Atrophy. Just in this scenario horror isn’t as…kind and nurturing to killer as Atrophy was.
Killer did beg horror to take him though. Perhaps old posts contradict this statement but in my most recent version I have written- killer asked for horror to just do what he wants with him. Killer has to deal with the fact that he’s immortal now, immortal and ridden with the guilt of being forced to kill everyone repeatedly.
In away it’s an escape to be turned into a machine. He sees himself no more than livestock really. Horror I guess appreciates his corporation. That he doesn’t fight back or really do anything at all.
He doesn’t have to worry about his stages in this form either because his determination is constantly regulated and reduced with his vein pumps. He’s usually kept in a low stage because of this.
It’s really easy to just give up and be nothing at all, even if it’s consistently painful it’s blissful in the day to day simplicity of being an object.
I could go on about how he’s supposed to reflect Psychs experience being a blood machine but blah I probably said to much already.

Please read this because it is EXTREMELY important me (a transgender man) and to other trans individuals.
The US Government is currently trying to pass an incredibly dangerous national law for trans youth called HR 2616.
This bill would ban all Federally funded schools from teaching about gender identity or sexual orientation, prevent teachers from using the correct pronouns and names for trans students, remove books with any trans representation in them, and even go as far as to prevent teachers from acknowledging trans identity AT ALL.
Any school that does not follow this will lose all federal funding. This bill would also require teachers to forcibly out trans students to their families, which would be fatal to any trans student with a transphobic Family or just hateful family in general. Trans people are already a group that already has some of the highest rates of being victim to suicide, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
This bill actively makes teachers put those innocent children at such a big risk. This bill has rapidly passed the house this week with support from all 209 republicans, as well as 8 democrats. But, it's still being voted on in the senate, which means there is still time to help stop this.
To help stop this, you can visit 5calls.org (look up 2616 in the search bar), one of the most top issues filed Oppose Attacks on LGBTQ+ Students. Once you put in your general location, it will pull-up contact information for your senator, and give you a script for calling them.
If you are a minor and/or do not feel comfortable doing this, PLEASE repost this on here, or any other platform you are on/can find! This needs to be heard and fought against.

Dream is fleshy because he’s made of human corpses mostly, Atrophy would also be fleshy if he didn’t gooby goo
But all skeletons have “ecto bodies”, I can give some long winded stupid explanation on how it works for how I designed the magic circulatory system in monsters. But my real reason is I want to have body type variation for character design purposes. Fat, skinny, muscular- it’s just convenient yk. They can’t turn them off though in nightwatch. They are quite similar to glass frogs where they are just see through.
At least that was the designs inspiration.
Also nightwatch has a lot of torture and gore. They need to have.. innards. Yes… God has designed you only for pain my little watchlings..yes..

or instead there's the idea of swapinverse being an alternate UTMV with the gimmick of (loosely) swapped inverses. roles of characters swap, while their original traits or aspects become its inverse. think of it as something similar to template!error and pale!ink! but emphasis on the loosely.
and then there's also swapinverse as an exploration of some of UTMV's potential possibilities. concepts and ideas are altered and expanded, and like always, us creators are at the core of it. mostly just me, though.
