I had so many things I was going to get done with an extra day off. Even with the promise of socializing and lake shenanigans I was sure I’d use any down time to accomplish a few Very Important Tasks™️. No one should be surprised that I was wrong. I got sucked into procreate practice as both a wonderful indulgence utilizing provided circumstances and an innocent exercise in productive procrastination.

I did close out the weekend with a few new pieces that make me smile, and my skills are maybe a smidge further along than they were. Even though it wasn’t the “right” thing to spend a hot and stormy weekend at the lake doing, I really enjoyed it. And that should be the point.

PS - I’m getting soooo close to actually launching The Void Deck! I am going to have a small table at a local Gothic Market this weekend as a kind of test run of everything and I’m so nervous 😬
