more people need to call out each other's bad behavior and maladaptive thinking on here. people on here are literally causing and forming mental illness with other people. a lot of mental illness or mental unwellness is just maladaptive thinking and poor coping skills. why are we just lamenting and bringing each other down? why aren't we trying to be the bigger people? you don't need to stop caring just because billionaires rule the world. it's a maladaptive coping skill to think so far ahead in the future. i think people spend too much time on this website and don't realize what more can be done with your day and time, and that people interact way differently offline. except, tumblr users are growing up and are bringing these maladaptive skills into the real world, normalizing them among their peers. this for real needs to stop. the co-mingling and bonding around having medical conditions isn't cool. you can treat your medical conditions, and you can treat your stress. but people would rather bond and make friends over it. we can be bigger and better than that.
