Rikeuninerd Cold War (need conlang name): refers to this situation involving Rak-Reik, Ssca, Ra da Kur ect. Rikeuninerd is added so not to confuse it with the Human Cold War.
Ssca dispute: is considered a Cold War. Long standing (30'000 years) disagreement between Ssca and everyone else in Scayikra. Ssca really said "I can throw rock!" and decided to throw them at people.
3rd Ssca war: the 3rd major conflict involving Ssca, this one reaching intergalactic scale.
Rakar and Reik nations have had strong political ties since for ever, as some people fled over there to escape famine thousands of years ago. Politics from both places tend to spill over into the other.
