im pretty new to hypnosis but I've already made my own induction- it consists of me playing a specific comfy tune on my ukulele while giving the hypnotee waking suggestions of how "their mind can form a harmony with the ukulele" and "each note plucks a thought away" and just repeating stuff like that until they drop

its honestly my favourite thing

i want to meet and interact with and befriend more systems, but i think that a large issue that i have with most system-oriented communities online is that they're sooo... alter focused. specifically introject focused.

i'd like a discord server where instead of every channel being "i have 27 my hero academia introjects and 13 of them don't get along", we can all just play minecraft or something and it just so happens that we're systems.

don't get me wrong, this disorder impacts every aspect of my life, but can't there be any spaces where we talk about something else???

If being plural has "nothing to do with dissociative disorders" then stop using terms and entering spaces that are strictly for those with dissociative disorders.
