Smth smth all of Bruce's kids being too close with Clark (it's very lighthearted) and having so much fun with him and just like favouring him more only for Damian to stick close to Bruce and get head pats and kisses on his forehead for being cute and then suddenly all of the kids and Clark is barging in his personal space deeply offended and disgusted because they should be the one getting Bruce's affectionate and kisses and now Bruce has no choice but to spoil them with love one by one.
Every now and then, Bruce's kids get obsessed with Clark. As if their brains suddenly remember how cool it is to have an alien who's also Superman as a stepdad.
It's cute, and it lasts a few days, then it's back to "mama is the best" again.
No matter how many times it happens, Damian never joins the Clark obsession. It's not that he hates Clark or anything, they have a very close bond.
No one can compete with Bruce in Damian's eyes, that's all.
"I'll never betray you, father," Damian swears when once again, all of his siblings are crowding Clark somewhere else in the Manor, while he has Bruce all to himself.
Bruce smiles at him fondly, brushing hair off his eyes and kissing his youngest's forehead.
"Love you, Dami," he tells his son and hugs him tight where they're laying in bed.
Damian snuggles closer, slowly falling asleep to Bruce's humming, when there are footsteps outside the bedroom.
The door open just enough for Cass to stick a head through the gap.
Bruce smiles at her. "Of course."
It's like this every time. Damian's siblings have a sixth sense and can always tell when he's hogging Bruce to himself.
Even if they had no intention to spend time with Bruce in the first place, just the mere fact Damian is out there somewhere, getting mama's attention while they aren't, triggers their jealousy.
And so Cass was the first but not last.
Jason came in next. Then Tim, Duke, Dick and Steph.
And once Bruce was buried under a pile of very clingy babies, the door opens one last time, and everyone ends up squeezed under over 200 pounds of equally clingy Kryptonian, that also purrs loud like a tractor.
Bruce sighs, chest bursting with love.
This is what heaven looks like.
