It’s Meditation Monday! We often tend to think about meditation as an activity that focuses bettering our personal lives or as an activity we only practice at home. But meditation can affect all areas of our lives, especially how we function at work, how we handle stress, how we deal with sickness and it even affects our energy levels. * * Starting a daily ritual where you dedicate 5 minutes a day to practicing meditation can impact you greatly. Don’t focus on quieting your mind and thoughts, focus on watching your breath, inhale and exhale. After you’ve mastered the 5 minutes per day add a couple of extra minutes or even increase 5 minutes at a time until you reach your goal time.
