Why do y’all care about the royal wedding
Like my nigga fuck a black princess? This isn’t the time to be on some “representation matters” type shit. A black girl marrying into a family that’s committed literal crimes against humanity isn’t the kind of representation y’all should want lmao l thought we went over this
what crimes?
“what crimes has the British monarchy committed” is the funniest question ever
liberals be like we need more nonbinary people in death squads
A lot of people don’t know about the anarchist Jeremy Hammond, which is too bad because he is probably one of the greatest internet hackers alive and he’s in prison serving a 10 year sentence for releasing extremely damning data on Stratfor, a defense contractor group.
People sometimes talk about how Anonymous as the powerful hacker group doesn’t really exist anymore. That’s because Jeremy Hammond, to a large degree, was the real power behind Anonymous. But he was ratted out to the FBI by someone else in the group, and it tore apart the whole thing. But he’s still alive, and he will eventually get released, and you can send him letters and stuff. And he’s easily one of the absolute internet heroes, along with the obvious choices Chelsea Manning and Aaron Swartz.
Just googled him and not only did he do this but he and at least 24 other antifa folks held there own against real-ass fucking Nazis (not like some Milo shit where it’s mostly conservative dads and a few Nazis in the crowd).
Jeremy was arrested along with 25 others for helping Anti-Fascist groups at the National Socialist Movement’s December 10, 2005 rally in Toledo, Ohio.[4][18][19] A total of 25 people were arrested for violations relating to a court injunction that barred public gatherings (meant to protect the Neo-Nazis from protesters).[18][20]
Oh and he and 4 others blocked up to stop a famous Holocaust denier from speaking in 2010. Literally went in there and threw some goddamn tables to drive that scum out.
He is a literal hero. A goddamn hero. It pains me that I have never heard of him, much less sent a letter–but I am going to now.
Please join me in doing the same!
From freejeremy.net.
As always, Jeremy loves to receive mail, and you can write to him at his new address:
Jeremy Hammond, #18729-424 FCI Milan P.O. Box 1000 Milan, MI 48160
Another exciting development with this move is that the rules for sending Jeremy books has changed! Paperback books (and zines) no longer have to come directly from a publisher or distributor – they can now come directly from private citizens. Please note this applies to paperback books only. Hardcover books must still come directly from a publisher or distributor, like Amazon or AK Press. This means that if you have old paperbacks on your shelves that you think Jeremy would like, you can mail them directly to him! Please, if you choose to send books directly to Jeremy, do not include anything other than books (no more than 3 per package) and a letter in your package. Jeremy still cannot receive any items other than paperback books, zines, letters, articles, or photos through the mail.
We need to support our comrades behind bars. We need our comrades to know that they will not be forgotten.
Free Jeremy Hammond and all political prisoners!
IIRC his brother is also still in prison for an antinazi action

Even if every single brazen claim about Russian interference, spying, and election rigging were true, that doesn’t justify any of the xenophobic hysteria going around right now. “RUSSIA IS THE ENEMY!!!!!11!” has gone WAY too far. The United States is the most powerful country in the world at the moment, its nuclear arsenal vast, and its power projection global. American drones bomb civilians in seven different countries, soldiers are deployed all over the world, its intelligence agencies torture and murder activists worldwide, and participate in global election rigging of their own.
So no, you aren’t the victim, America. Every bad thing that happens to the United States government is well fucking earned with how much pain and death they’ve inflicted on the world. Russians aren’t evil manipulating schemers trying to subvert our shitty democracy using Facebook ads and BLM bots, the Pentagon is blatantly distracting you with a convenient scapegoat so you’ll support further militarization, imperialism, and war with Russia and China.
I’ve seen so many people try to convince me that the Russian government totally paid all these people to run fake Twitters and shit, that I was just duped into following their propaganda, and that people who stan for ex-intelligence directors are standing up for democracy. What a load of pretentious horse shit. Like Democrats don’t have their propaganda? Republicans? Walk into a fucking high school and you’ll see Navy and Army recruiters talk bullshit about how they save the world every day. You ever wonder why literally every major media outlet and corrupt facet of the government and military keeps banging on about Russia? You think that’s not propaganda, just because you can cross reference CNN with Huffpost?
So yeah, I’m not convinced. Get your xenophobic, red scare garbage off my dash and learn skepticism and critical thinking. Russia isn’t the enemy, no foreigner is the enemy. The enemy is our evil, corrupt, murderous government, and NO, Hillary Rodham fucking Clinton is not going to solve your goddamn problems.
December 22nd 1992: Archives of Terror discovered
On this day in 1992, the lawyer Dr. Martín Almada and judge José Agustín Fernández discovered the ‘Archives of Terror’ in a police station in Paraguay’s capital city of Asunción. The records detailed the violence perpetrated against thousands of Latin Americans during Operation Condor, which began in the 1970s. The terror campaign was carried out by the intelligence agencies of right-wing dictatorships in Latin America against supposed communist influences, and was supported by the United States government. The secret archives listed 50,000 people murdered, 30,000 disappeared, and 400,000 imprisoned. Almada was himself a victim of the violent regime of Alfredo Stroessner in Paraguay, and had been searching for fifteen years for the documents that would prove his claims when he received a tip to search the police station. The evidence found in the 700,000 documents have since been used to prosecute former military officers, the most high-profile of which was the case against General Augusto Pinochet, the Chilean dictator from 1973 to 1990.
“I cried with joy, because people used to treat me as though I was making up everything I saw. It was like an explosion of memory. I felt that each folder we opened up would help us go back to the past and understand the regime of terror which we suffered. Every document revealed terror and tragedy.” - Dr. Martín Almada
Ok but isn't a revolution basically just a 'Surprise Reform'
This ask came into my house and murdered my family
kerensky, walking into parliament in november 1917: wh- where is everyone? what’s that red flag doing there? since when are all these bolsheviks part of the provisional government?
lenin, about to invent the surprise reform: oh, haven’t you heard?
remember how people thought electing trump would get libs to be anti-war again. lmao.
a lot of folks underestimated how pro war liberals are but if they’d only looked at who they chose as their candidate, it would have been clear. HRC is a bloodthirsty monster and she’s as liberal as they come
Disarm white supremacists. Disarm the police. Disarm the military.
Arm the poor, the homeless, people of color, indigenous peoples, LGBT+, and all oppressed peoples.
Because all of that second group is incapable of crimes or violence
The whole idea of arming people is kinda making them more capable of violence but okay
And you’re equivocating the police and the military with white supremacists and suggesting that all of them should be disarmed, despite arms being related to the missions of the police and military. I agree that they should be allowed equal access to arms but this implies a false divide.
I am fully aware of the missions of the military and police force, and the necessity of arms to its accomplishment; it is for exactly this reason that I believe they should be disarmed.
I try my best to like stay out of this discourse but I’ve seen so many asexuals on here lately complaining about seeing gay pda in gay spaces and it just makes me kind of upset.
Like the debate around whether or not asexuality is ~queer~ or whatever is stale and old and I don’t care honestly. But like if you are going to come into gay spaces and be really uncomfortable with gay people being gay, maybe those spaces are not a place you should be? Like even for your own good.
But like worse, if you’re going to then complain about it or push for less pda in those spaces, you are literally bringing homophobia into those spaces which are meant to be refuge for gay people to be together without that kind of judgement or condemnation.
I hate to say it, but being gay isn’t just about some assimilationist notion of love, it also includes cruising, making out with strangers at a bar sometimes, a general hook up culture (that might be worth critiquing in some ways) and other cultural norms that you might just not like. Feel how you want, but you don’t have the right to demand that gay culture change for you in the spaces gays have made for themselves.
But asexuals being LGBTQA+ don’t mean they have to be listened to? And doesn’t that mean that some aspects of ~gay culture~ are to be discussed and pondered in this day and age? And how’s not being comfortable with pds is “bringing homophobia”??? Like. I’m asking in good faith here. I’ve never asked anyone to stop pda in gay spaces; I just leave. But if it wrong and upsetting for someone to question it because they DON’T want to leave?
If you think Ace people belong in the queer community then of course their needs should be considered and balanced with the needs of others. If you don’t then Ace people are only in the spaces by invitation and asking for any accommodations is ridiculous.
I am reasonably sure OP does not consider Ace people part of the queer community. Notice how their entire post positions “asexual” as the invading other. The sentiment isn’t “these members of our community are overstepping their bounds.” It is “these outsiders are coming in and demanding we change.”
This is where the idea that this is “bringing homophobia” comes from. If a straight person comes in and says “stop doing PDAs” in a gay space, that is obvious homophobia. They have no claim to the space nor what goes on in it because it is a gay space. The invading other has come in and demanded gay people change to suit their desires, thus homophobia. So when you position asexual people as the invading other asking for accommodation becomes homophobia.
Honestly reads basically as text book exclusionism.
