Hey I'm Miguel. I'm a xenic nonbinary butch dyke, pronouns are they/them + ze/hir. I'm 17. I'm from Vulgrado, an island region off the coast of Paldea. Recently I had to move to Zapapico to take care of my grandparents.
I'm a Cyclizar Racer, and a pioneer of new types of races. I'm best known for my Bodyguard Racing (name subject to change) style. My rival is @yveltalreal so sorry boys I'm taken.
As it turns out I'm probably plural! At the moment you can refer to us as Miguel& when referring to us all. My two notable headmates at this moment are Zacian and Asterion:
Zacian - He/Him, They/Them, Swor/Sword
Fuzztive (Factive + Fictive) of the legendary wolf pokemon, Zacian! Speaks very formally and is passionate about human society, pokemon conservation efforts, and swords.
Asterion - Ze/Hir, He/Him (exclusive to friends and headmates)
Fictive of The Minotaur from mythology! Speaks bluntly with lots of ellipses and is passionate about stories.

Minor Arcs:
🏇Neighborhood Arc 1: Riders (Finished) -> 4 Cyclizar Riders get territorial when Nick and Miguel explore a junkyard. Nick mentions to Miguel they had previously driven him and his friends out of the Junkyard.
A couple days later Miguel challenges and beats the Riders in a 4 on 1 Capture the Flag Battle Race, and the 4 Riders invite Miguel to join up with them. A week later there is a sort of rematch and Miguel is betrayed and beat up by the Riders.
A revenge plan is made by Miguel and Nick, this involved getting the Rolycoly Racers (who had been pushed out of the junkyard earlier in the year) to play a prank with Paintball Guns on the Cyclizar Riders. This goes badly as Nick is nearly run over and Miguel beats the shit out of the rider who attempted to do so. Miguel is then arrested.
Major Arcs:
🪼Trouble in Paradise (Finished) -> Miguel joins the Alola trip! Miguel joins Flynn and Maple on their Island Challenge, acting as a bodyguard against dogmon for Maple. Over the course of the trip they go through some mishaps (such as getting beaten up by an angry Buneary, and Maple jumping into the ocean to rescue a baby Vulpix) that cause the trio to get closer.
During the Electric Trial, Miguel was hiking and came across a dead Mother Skarmory, killed by a Tinkaton. Miguel rescues the baby Skarmory that is in danger and runs for their life with the little guy in their arms. They decide to keep the Skarmory who is named Santo Ferravis (a name recommended by Nick).
At one point Maple and Aspen break into the Aether Foundation Lab and Aspen gets kidnapped. It turns out that Aspen was taken by Nihilego and the gang, after some deliberation and preparation (such as Miguel being trained by Victoria), goes into an Ultra Wormhole to rescue Aspen. During the rescue, Miguel is injured by Aspen's Kommo-o, Hibiscus, and is left with a scar.
Afterwards things go... mostly smoothly (except for Maple disappearing for a couple days, and Maple getting attacked by a different Kommo-o) and they finish the Island Challenge. The gang returns home in one piece.

thoughts on learning about the multiverse and that many universes lack color variants and breeds for their pokemon?
im going to be honest i don care about the multiverse. the fact that you people don't have different coat colors and color morphs and breeds and whatever else is actually disgusting and i think you should be ashamed of your universe and embarrassed that your pokemon have to look exactly like the specimens in a textbook what the fuck its so scary that colour variants arent real what colour are your rapidash and mudsdale because the thought of them not having different colors and patterns is genuinely disgusting and scary to me
do you at least have appaloosas and their spots? please tell me you have appaloosas and the liepard complex please please please please

its such a long story it involves esper almost dying and miguel actually dying and getting better and then me almost dying and then me miguel and nick almost dying and its such a huge thing.
anyways miguel got convinced by zygarde i was evil or whatever and tried to kill me because zygarde wanted both of us dead and was trying to two birds one stone that shit and bibi evolved and threw hir off a building to protect me.
hi no guarantees on anything but redux (as well as just all my pkmn irl blogs) might be like. abandoned. at least for a while.
i straight up cannot rp until tumblr support decides to help me out (i dont have access to my askbox, dont show up on tags, and even if i can rb things i dont show up in the notes instead being a ghost notif you just have to see the reblog on my blog) and i have to wait for that. if im lucky ill get a response in 1-6 months. key word lucky. i could be waiting years since tumblr considers getting nabbed my the spam filter/shadowbanned to be "low priority". of course theres also the chance i get really lucky and get help in the next few weeks. no garuntees for everything. anything is possible because tumblr support is an actual joke most of the time.
we're in the middle of an arc that literally revolves on my guys and cannot do much until thats resolved. my guys are heavily involved in tons of future arcs. redux simply cannot occur until im out of limbo and the fact i might have to wait literal years if im unlucky does not really make me confident or keep me motivated to continue the arc afterwards. even if yveltalreal is fixed, theres no garuntee the spam filter doesnt hit me again right after and shadowban me again.
once again no garuntees it might not be abandoned but this really just ruined my motivation and its really hard to roleplay when all the most important things needed to roleplay on tumblr are taken from you

They're nowhere near the jail he was told to be detained in, a maximum prison facility on Castellia bay, if anything they're close to Anville.
"Your friends, the ones on this" She holds up a little device, it looks like a watch.
"They have no idea, they believed every word I said, I suppose I know you quite well in order to impersonate you." She laughed for a moment, before setting the watch back down on the dashboard.
Silence, until he leans forward, body battered and right eye barely able to stay open from the injuries acquired.
"It's over, you know that right? When they try me, they'll have to do it by the book, I might get off on the injuries you've inflicted on me alone."

The car comes to a complete stop and the woman steps out of the car and opens the trunk. The man in the back only has to wait for a few seconds before the car door opens and he is dragged out by the handcuffs trapping him. The night air is cold and his body is battered and bruised, he very nearly falls to his feet.
"I want the files you took, everything, I know they're here." She tosses the shovel into the mans hands, he sighs and smiles, taking a hold of the shovel and walking a few feet forward.
