diffused a tense client situation right before leaving work today and left that building with shaking hands sweating on the verge of throwing up. like it wasn’t even that serious but five hours later im still shocked about it. to my credit i did pretty much single-handedly save our relationship with the client. but holy shit i’d die in an actual high pressure job lmao
