I don't post alot but this is a really important bookmark in my and many other generations in the UK. When we look back in our history books this point in time will be a black festering stain on how the government could get it so wrong! I don't want to get into a history lesson but today I wake up and I am simply shocked at the government could even try to deport an entire generation of immigrants that have been here for 50 plus years! You must be kidding! This must be some sort of sketch show because this is true maniac chaos. All of this happened because of one vote! This subject effects us all. In a time in our culture where we are breaking all previous records, being celebrated and recognised for all its aspects. Today goes to show how important it is to keep the discussion going and never stop. Don't stop celebrating, creating and successeding. Don't stop going to carnival! Don't stop celebrating and endorsing our people! Don't forget all those we have lost all to soon! April 16th will and should go down in British history as a "day of shame" ! The day the Birtish government tried to deport thousands of afro carribeans from there homes, lives and jobs. Spread the word so this foolishness cannot happen again! #dayofshame
