This was originally just the tumblr version of a junk drawer, now it's kinda sorta a rp blog

I rp as my OCs, their color codes are as follows:

Mystery will be in default text color

Aria will be in pink

Viper will be in red

Denalla will be in orange

Como will be in green

Zamed will be in blue

Regi the crocus will be in (purple parenthesis) for in person type interactions and >"like this"< for text type interactions

(^this only applies to dialog, actions will be in default regardless of which character(s))

Now, onto the rules of engagement I suppose:

No nsfw, me, Mystery, Denalla, Como, Viper, and Zamed may be adults but that doesn't make it ok to just send that

Bigotry of any kind is not allowed, myself, Mystery, Zamed, Denalla, Como, and Viper are part of the LGBT+ community and you will be blocked if you come at me with any of that, as well as no antisemitism

As I've seen with other rp blogs, anons are allowed, but if you're gonna frequent here plz distinguish yourself by like either a nickname/name/emoji/etc, it's just so I know who I'm interacting with even if you're uncomfortable or unable to interact off anon :)

Please be patient with me as I am diagnosed AuDHD, so it's hard for me to tell tone sometimes

Aria is 18-ish

Viper's age is unknown

Denalla's age is also unknown, but she is an adult

Como is approximately 50 million years old(do not question the ancient one)

Zamed age is unknown, they're an adult tho

Regi age is unknown due to being a sentient flower

Pronouns for each of them:

Mystery uses the same pronouns as me, but for simplicity (zey/zee)/zem/zeir/zemself or they/them if you struggle with neos

Aria uses she/her

Viper uses he/him

Denalla uses she/they

Como uses tur/turtle/turtles/turtleself or they/them if you struggle with neos

Either way, there is no reasonable halachic restriction on a vampire drinking blood.

Okay now that gets interesting and I would want to actually ask a rabbi whether that would be a thing.  like, if one must consume the blood of living things to survive, does it make a difference whether one limits it to the blood of kosher animals or not.  I could see it being ruled either way.  (I would think if there is only one type of blood one can metabolize or if only one type of blood is available, one can consume it regardless.)

I remember learning that human blood (not sure about animal blood) is permissible to consume if it has not been “poresh” (”separated”) from the body (in the context of “if you cut your lip or your finger and immediately and instinctively put it in your mouth, you don’t have to spit out the blood”).

So 

Drinking blood out of a goblet or vacuum-sealed bag would be assur, but sinking your teeth into someone and drinking directly (so that the blood never touches the air or is in a vessel) would be okay.

Okay, so I asked my rabbi about this (… yes, my actual rabbi). Short answer, @fenrisesque​, is that the ideal situation is for the vampire to intravenously ingest blood that was donated by a human in order to stay alive, assuming that donation doesn’t kill the person. If homemade intravenously doesn’t work, then storebought oral ingestion is fine too. This applies whether or not the vampire can drink animal blood. I respect the fuck out of this. The whole site is trying its hardest to go against every selling point the dog robots have as its selling points.

The dog robots are supposed to be autonomous, threehalves is explicitly only for being piloted by a human. The giant horns make it difficult for this machine to enter through doorways, and that is the point. Coupled with the built-in weak points, it is very easy to disable this thing, so it can't be used by the police or the military effectively.

OP alluded to how unsettling the machine looks, and I believe that it was a concious decision; the robot dogs have garnered sympathy due to their apperance, which makes it easier for the police to morally justify their use. This thing? You're not gonna get many people to sympathise with it. The only people who would are monster and-or robot fuckers, and I believe these circles generally understand that a machine cannot be trusted (though of course many would willingly approach it for pervert reasons (positive) knowing full well it's a bad idea).

"why is it so big and demonic why does it look like that" it's a safety feature so it can do dangerous labor and so you don't feel bad about killing it. "it was designed not to be able to follow you through doors?? why the fuck would it do that that's scary" it's a safety feature so you can't get cornered or have the person piloting it misuse it. Actually, no, I don't think that friendships dropping like flies in your late 20s and early 30s because no one has time for that between overwork and family obligations and marriage and kids and partners and the ritual of the time slayer is normal and ok. No I don't think deep conversations and spontaneous adventures being replaced with a tired coffee every six months is a normal part of growing up. I don't think that emotional intimacy and soul bonds disintegrating in the face of practical inconvenience is a fact of life. I think that means something is deeply deeply wrong with our society and I will never forgive it for the friends I've lost
