I’d give Whisper some tea with blueberry in it. Surprisingly, I don’t think he would’ve tried it before despite enjoying blueberry so much. He usually goes for plain coffee.
5: What is the song you most associate to them?
Ah, this is hard because I can’t choose one or the other! He has two songs I most associate with him. Hozier’s “Son of Nyx” and “Achilles Come Down” by Gang of Youths. Both are self-explanatory if you acknowledge that his mother is named Nyx, and his entire character is heavily inspired by the Greek hero Achilles.
12: What is their safe place? And what does “safe place” mean to them?
Hmm… safe place. Since he’s always moving around a lot, I’d say the company of his friends is his “safe place”. To him, a “safe place” is just whatever makes him feel at ease. It’s not an actual location, but rather the presence of those he trusts, and he always feels safe with the likes of Fae, Ayla, Gale, etc.
36: What would they gift to their partner or their best friends to show their affection?
Whisper’s the kind of guy to give gifts from the heart, so you’d know he’s always thinking of you. He’d either hand-make something (he’s got a blacksmith’s experience) or hand-pick it (like flowers and plants). Amidst the Absolute Crisis, I know he’d frequently hand over loot he found that reminded him of his friends and significant other. Faeryl got short swords, Gale got magical scrolls to study, Ayla got the Blood of Lathander, etc.
43: And what would you say to comfort them?
What would I say to comfort Whisper? I’d turn his technique back on him to let him know how wonderful he really is and how much he’s valued and loved by others. By those that truly care about him, of course.

1. What is their go-to comfort food?
Being from the Underdark, Fae's comfort food is mushrooms! While she is a bit of a glutton and truly enjoys all foods, especially all the new flavors of the surface, it's mushrooms that are her go-to. While there's a plethora of ways to prepare them, her favorite and most comforting way to prepare them is to roast the mushrooms and dip them in creamy moon worm sauce. 💖
8. What is a smell that makes them feel at home?
Incense. She grew up in a temple, practiced in a temple, lived a priestess life. The scent of incense always reminds her of her previous home. Seeing as she has no home on the surface, there is no scent she associates with one.
Once the adventure is over, however, the smell of spells gone awry, old books and scrolls, as well as an assortment of flowery scents and wax sealing becomes her scent of home.
17. What positives did they extrapolate from the worst moment(s) of their life?
The worst day of her life was the final push she needed to do her own thing. She lost so much, but she gained freedom. And through freedom, she finally made it to the surface.

Okay? Everyone reacts to trauma differently, you can't shame Astation for this.
....... I think you severely misunderstood my post.
I understand it fine. You're saying Halsin's reaction to trauma is "good" and Astarions is "bad"
No, I'm saying that Astarion's reaction was to stop caring about others, while Halsin's was to care about people to his own detriment, and that this is an excellent point of characterization that makes them foils, especially because their traumas were in and of themselves similar events that they responded to in opposite ways, with Halsin denying and downplaying his trauma while Astarion is loud and angry about it, which shows the multitudes of ways one can respond to traumas. I literally have an entire post about how their responses are foils to each other.
I get it, we all love our blorbos, but maybe next time ask for clarification before you take morally neutral statements about Astarion Baldursgate as some kind of attack, k?
