Blog dedicated to a series of fics set in the Naruto universe. Story - Characters - World SIOC ends up in the Naruto universe only later realizing that he is the first Uzumaki and that his circumstance, his affliction, is something that his descendants will inherit from there on out. In this AU many Character Inserts from out world try to make the Naruto world better one crisis at a time. This is an exploration what such a society would be like and how things would develop. It is also a series that might never get written and thus should be put out for peer perusal. Fortunately or unfortunately (for me) I decided to redraw Hisoka's profile picture again, I didn't quite like the clean line of the previous one, felt the angle was off too.

SO there's the two!

Not sure if I should upload Mito's on UnVale or not, sine she's a canon character...on the other hand we know so little about her that she might as well be an OC

Setting things up on UnVale got me drawing, so here's a profile picture of Hisoka

Underrated the Uzumaki clan

Till this day, I still don’t know how the Uzumaki clan got pushed back SO MUCH

like seriously how it’s the MAIN CHARACTER’S CLAN put on the back burnner.

Anyway…

 Uzumaki Clan memebers are known for having bright, red hair, possessing incredibly strong life-forces and chakra, and their sealing Jutsu.

The Uzumaki were fear so bad nations allied together and destoryed Uzushiogakure.

  Some Uzumaki possessed a unique form of chakra with special properties which made them especially well-suited to become jinchūriki

jutsu (Mostly Seals)

Four Symbols Seal  ch 500

jutsu requires a great deal of talent to perform. The user applies the seal’s formula to an object or a human’s body, sealing a large enemy or an evil spirit within them. according to Bee the seal is stronger than his Iron armour seal

Reaper death seal

Only the summoner is able to see the Shinigami at this point. It then drives its arm into the summoner’s soul, thus allowing the summoner to call upon the Shinigami to seal a target: the Shinigami’s arm emerges from the summoner’s body and grasps the target’s soul

Heal Bite chap 412

ability has been shown to heal even life-threatening injuries, and is also capable of quickly restoring the stamina of those healed. This jutsu, however, rapidly depletes the user’s own chakra reserves

 Adamantine Chains ( Sealing)

produce chains made out of their own chakra, which  emerge from their torso. Users control the chains as they extend outwards from their body, most commonly to wrap around targets and restrain them (Nine tails)

They also can make a barrier.

 Adamantine Attacking Chains being an incomplete version of the Adamantine Sealing Chains, Karin was able to use this jutsu to destroy most of giant wooden statue and its hands.

Thoughts:

It’s the fact that we litteraly know next to nothing of this clan history just the basics. The lost jutsu we could have seen. Maybe,even before the fall of Uzu. We do know that in Naruto Orochimaru was poking around the ruins learning history

Extra:

Even the only reason why Naruto(Lost Kurama) was still breathing was bc he’s half Uzumaki (chap 662-663)

Mito lived around the time of third hokage still even had her red hair.

Kushina was the best in fūinjutsu and taught Minato.

Here, have some progress pics of me trying to figure out what I’ll be doing with Mito’s hair. How to make it similar yet different than canon. Also, using it to work out some hair lore for Uzu.

Naturally the hair needles have some significance related to her House and sealing mastery, but who knows when I’ll delve deeper into it.

I’m not too sure on the Uzumaki chain stylization and design (seeing how I didn’t look up reference) so it may be changed, but I’ll consider it good for now :D

Thanks to the person who went and liked a bunch of my writing on my Whirlpool Connection verse tumblr I got some inspiration to work further on these two - also to try figuring out Uzumaki fashion and wear.

I had a bunch of notes on that, a bunch of various references, some conflicting some not, but it’s not coherent enough. So this way my attempt to work it out - this the ‘ideas’ and ‘tests’ going on in the writing. I’m trying to untangle all of my ideas.

Mito and Hisoka through time - at different points in their lives - my attempt to create a sense of Uzushio fashion, what young shinobi wear and how these two’s wardrobe evolved - given their stations.

Now…some of you may know this, but in February my PC suffered a cyber attack by some ransomware…unfortunately my external drive was connected at the time and I lost all my art and all my writing… well, a year’s worth at least.

Among these was a sketch of Mito and Hisoka through time - showing them at different points in their lives - AND maybe more importantly it was my attempt to create a sense of Uzushio fashion and what young shinobi wear and how these two’s wardrobe evolved - given their stations.

That sketch was lost…which kind of demoralized me and stopped me from remaking it. I also went through my Whirlpool Connection verse notes and got so confused, so this will also be a piece where I’ll try to untangle what I wrote - and probably re-work many things.

Now I always feel a bit guilty for not getting to my Naruto OCs - being occupied with all the others, doing profile shots for One Piece OCs, making art for Kingdom Hearts OCs, my Naurto OCs just never seem to get the spotlight tey deserve.

So when I got into the swing of sketching chibi characters I started on these two. Uzumaki Mito and Uzumaki Hisoka from my Whirlpool Connection Verse - this then got me into re-working of the AU for a little bit, before my attention turned to something else (but I WILL get back to it, I swear ;o;)

These still need a bit of re-working, I don’t think they’re cute enough, but I wanted to get the flat colors down before anything else.

They are a difficult breed, most profile them as crazy and outrageous - too random to predict, but we believe differently. This report serves to better understand inner workings of the Uzumaki.

Attempts to chart out Uzumaki’s island have been an ongoing mission for a good number of years. Previous attempts at spying had only ended in dead bodies - most unfortunately on our side - and have thus been written off as a waste of resources.

Swelling of the Tide - scene

Uzumaki aren't considered entirely weird by outsiders, but there are things that set them apart from the rest. By some very visible margins.

Like them being confused by lack of women's rights. Squinting at other’s lack of gender and sexuality spectrum.

These might actually be counted as the lighter margins here since they can be rationally explained. Uzushio is thriving, there is no need for more children and even if there was...adoption was highly encouraged.

One of the things Uzumaki and their umbrella clans become most famous for is...aggressive marriage arranging. Managing to marry into nearly every known family on the entire continent.

Some may yet resist, but Uzumaki have long memories and even longer archives. They can and will wait you out.

"You heard the intermarriage idea?" Kaname asks after swallowing a bite.

"Ah yes," Kaito grins. "not a bad idea that, being recognized for our aggressive marriage arrangements."

"Those Uzumaki," Kaname starts making voices "with their marriages, crazy seals and brash attitude towards gender roles; bane of the Elemental Nations!" his father huffs a laugh.

"Wouldn't that be nice."

Kaito frowns into his tea. "It's terribly convenient isn't it?"

"Hm?" Kaname hums

"That it all culminates in a battle of humanity against an alien in a way that supports Rikudo Sennin's way of thinking, and to which his ghostly self has a solution of two hand seals…"

Kaname frowns at him. "You think he...orchestrated everything?" he asks "Is that possible?" Isn't that too much? isn't that too complicated for one man? With Black Zetsu around though...

"I think it's terribly convenient." Kaito takes a large gulp of his tea. "I'm not too sure what to think honestly, but I'm not sure I trust the being who interfered in reincarnation process just to teach his sons a lesson."

Kaname puts the senbei down, losing his appetite. "Yeah, it's convenient that he only shows up when his sons' incarnations have no choice but to work together."

They sit in silence for a bit.

"What is it that made Naruto and Sasuke more worth his help than Madara and Hashirama?" Kaito gives a bitter grin "I don't trust parents who pick favourites."
